Item Current-voltage characteristics of MDM and MDSCM structures on basis of lithium borates(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Adamiv, V. T.; Burak, Ya. V.; Say, I. S.; Teslyuk, I. M.; Turko, B. S.; Panasyuk, M. R.The results of investigations of current-voltage characteristics for metal dielectric-metal and metaldielectric-semiconductor-metal structures, where crystalline and glass lithium borates used as dielectrics, are presented.Item Investigation of calcium molybdate using thermoactivation methods(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Tsybulskyi, V. S.; Panasyuk, M. R.; Solsky, I. V.; Kapustianyk, V. B.The single crystals of calcium molybdate were investigated in the temperature range of 100-320 K using thermoluminescence (TSL), thermally stimulated depolarization (TSD) and polarization (TSP1, TSP2) methods. One of the TSL trap was found to disappear after high-temperature annealing of calcium molybdate single crystals. Activation energies were calculated for the detected traps.Item Photoluminescence of ZnO nanocrystals at cetylpyridinium chloride and disodium cromoglycate matrices(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Omelchenko, M. M.; Panasyuk, M. R.; Kapustianyk, V. B.We report the data concerning investigations of photoluminescence spectra of ZnO nanoparticles in the matrixes of liquid crystal materials performed at T = 290 K within a visible region. The mentioned spectra were obtained at polymeric state of Cetylpyridinium Chloride and Disodium Cromoglycate materials.Item Pulse X-Ray conductivity of MDM and MDSCM structures on basis of lithium borates(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Adamiv, V. T.; Burak, Ya. V.; Say, I. S.; Teslyuk, I. M.; Turko, B.; Panasyuk, M. R.The results of investigations of pulse X-ray conductivity for metal-dielectric-metal and metal-dielectricsemiconductor-metal structures, where thin plates of Li2B4O7 or Li6GdB3O9 single crystals, and Li2B4O7 glasses used as dielectrics, have been presented.
