Item Influence of the deposition time on the structure and optical properties of indium sulfide films (In2S3)(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2017-12-23) Hlad, Roman; Shapoval, Pavlo; Stadnik, Vitalii; Sozanskiy, Martyn; Guminilovych, Ruslana; Yatchyshyn, Yosyp; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe process of synthesis of indium sulphide (In2S3) semiconductor thin films by a chemical synthesis method was done. The acetic acid has been used as a complexing agent. Ivestigations of thin films properties were carried out by using X-ray powder diffraction, scanning eletron microscopy, optical spectroscopy. The phase composition, optical transmission and absorption spectra of In2S3 films were studied. The value of bang gap energy has been experimentally determined from spectral dependences of optical transmission of In2S3 films, and ranges from 2,31 to 2,55 eV.Item Investigation of hgse films, deposited from aqueous solutions with different complexing agents(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2017-12-23) Chaykivska, Ruslana; Sozanskyi, Martyn; Stadnik, Vitalii; Guminilovych, Ruslana; Shapoval, Pavlo; Yatchyshyn, Yosyp; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe process of synthesis of mercury selenide (HgSe) thin films by a chemical bath deposition method (CBD) with using different complexing agents (potassium rodanide, potassium iodide and sodium thiosulfate) has been investigated. The phase composition, crystal structure, absorption spectra, surface morphology of HgSe films were studied. The effect of nature of complexing agent on the properties of obtaining coatings was shown. The HgSe films have a sphalerite structure, nearly stoichiometric atomic ratios of mercury to selenium and optical band gaps, which are localized in the ranges 1.38-2.40 eV, depending on the usage of complexing agent.Item Investigation of some regularities of ZnS and ZnSe films synthesis(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2016) Sozanskyi, Martyn; Chaykivska, Ruslana; Guminilovych, Ruslana; Shapoval, Pavlo; Yatchyshyn, Yosyp; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityThe process of synthesis ZnS and ZnSe thin films by a chemical bath deposition method (CBD) has been investigated. The phase composition, surface morphology and thickness of ZnS and ZnSe films were studied. The kinetic curves of ZnS and ZnSe synthesis was obtained and activation parameters were calculated. The phase composition, optical transmission, absorption spectra, surface morphology of films and structures based on ZnS and HgS films have been studied.Item Quantum-chemical analysis of α-alkylacroleins structure(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2013) Kovalskyi, Yaroslav; Dutka, Volodymyr; Marshalok, Galyna; Vytrykush, Natalya; Yatchyshyn, YosypThe reactivity of different α-alkylacroleins has been described by semi-empirical quantum chemistry methods, their optimal geometric structure has been determined and heat of formation, as well as dipole moments of the molecules have been calculated.Theoretically calculated α-alkylacrolein parameters are in a good agreement with the experimental data presented in the literature for these compounds. За допомогою напівемпіричних методів квантової хімії охарактеризовано реакційну здатність різних α-алкілакролеїнів, знайдено їх оптимальну геометричну будову та розраховані теплоти утворення та дипольні моменти молекул. Теоретично обчислені параметри для α-алкілакролеїнів добре співпадають з експериментальними даними, які наведені в літературі для цих сполук.Item Synthesis of water-soluble polycarboxylates on the base of phthalic anhydride(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Gladii, Andrii; Bereza, Vasyl; Tsiupko, Fedir; Yatchyshyn, YosypThe process of synthesis (meth)acrylic monomers with carboxyl group near aromatic nucleus by reacting of phthalic anhydride (PA) and hydroxypolyoxyalkylen (meth) acrylate are investigated. The basic laws of process of non-catalytic acylation of hydroxyethylmethacrylate (Bisomer HEMA) and hexapropyleneglycolmonoacrylate (Bisomer PPA6) by phthalic anhydride are found. The values of the activation energy (EA) for examined reaction systems are calculated on the base of obtained kinetic parameters. The effect of structure of polyoxyalkylene chain on the reaction rate with PA without the use of solvents.
