The optical transmission, absorption spectra, surface morphology of films and degree of phase uniformity, crystallinity of structures based on CdS and CdSe films have been studied.Item Anodes For a Trivalent Chromium Electroplating Bath(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Kasian, Olga; Velichenko, AlexanderElectrochemical behavior of different anode materials in electrolytes containing trivalent chromium salts was investigated. It was found that current efficiency of Сr(VI)-species strongly depends on the nature of anode material. Some of Ti/Pt electrodes were shown to be n-type semiconductors. Composite materials based on platinized titanium are recommend as anodes for carbamide-containing electrolytes since they characterized by good service life and admissible values of current efficiency of Сr(VI)-species.Item Catalytic Cooligomerization of Terpenic and Aromatic Hydrocarbons(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Gnativ, Zoriana; Rypka, Anna; Voronchak, Taras; Nykulyshyn, IrenaMain regularities of cationic cooligomerization of terpenic hydrocarbons, being contained in turpentine, and aromatic hydrocarbons, being contained in C9 fraction of diesel fuel pyrolysis liquid products, have been found out. The influence of forms of SiO2 and consistency of raw material mixture on the output of synthetic wollastonite was studied. The mineralising effect of boron oxide on the formation of wollastonite was established.Item The New Pathway for Methanol Synthesis: Generation of CH3 Radicals from Alkanes(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Ijagbuji, Ayodeji A.Methanol synthesis was achieved by a free-radical reaction mechanism through reaction of methyl radical with water molecule at a temperature of 100°C, at an atmospheric pressure, in the presence of nitrogen-dioxide radical and under ultra-violet radiation (λ>250 nm). The major product was methanol and nitrous acid. It is expected that only the participation of catalysts and a low-temperature reaction of alkanes would not only control the reaction but also give outstanding results.Item Modelling of controlled drug release from the solid phase through hydrogel membranes(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Melnyk, Yuriy; Dzyaman, Iryna; Antoniuk, Viktoria; Skorokhoda, VolodymyrThe cross-linked copolymers of the 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate with polyvinylpyrrolidone as granules and membranes were synthesized and their penetration and sorption-desorption properties were investigated. The masstransfer model of hard soluble surface through the hydrogel shell was offered. The developed materials are able to creation as capsule and granule polymer forms of the substances prolonged freeing.Item The Electrodeposition Kinetics of Modified Lead Dioxide(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Shmychkova, Olesia; Luk’yanenko, Tatiana; Velichenko, AlexanderThe influence of complex ions on kinetics of lead dioxide electrodeposition from methanesulfonate electrolytes was studied. Experimental results are consistent with a mechanism previously proposed in literature for lead dioxide electrodeposition. The presence of ions involved in the electrodeposition solution causes a decrease of rate constants of lead dioxide formation due to co-adsorption phenomena. Oxygen evolution was investigated to test electrocatalytic activity. It is shown, that oxygen overpotential on modified electrodes is significantly higher than on non-modified PbO2-electrode.Item Structure and morphology of the polyaniline / polyethylene terephthalate / polyaniline films(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Hnizdyukh, Yulya; Zastavs’ka, Galyna; Yatsyshyn, МykhayloIt was investigated the possibility of the modifying of polyethylene \ terephtalate films substrates by polyaniline during chemical oxidative polycondensation under the different concentrations of aniline in 0.5 M citrate acid aqueous solution. Structure and morphology of bilateral polyaniline films on polyethylene terephtalate substrates (polyaniline / polyethylene terephtalate / polyaniline) has been studied by UVvisible and FTIR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy methods. It is shown that polyaniline films have amorphous-crystalline structure, where polyaniline is in a state of emeraldine salt of citric acid. The morphology of the films is a combination of a smooth surface with delocalized inclusions of polyaniline dendrites.Item Immobilization and Characterization of Cellulase on Sepabeads and Relizyme(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Bilgin, Ramazan; Serkan Yalcin, M.In this study, the covalent immobilizations of cellulase from Trichoderma reesei onto Sepabeads and ReliZyme were studied. The optimal immobilization conditions of the cellulase onto the mentioned supports were investigated using response surface methodology. The optimal working conditions and kinetic parameters of free and immobilized cellulase preparations were also determined. The optimal immobilization pH, immobilization time and cellulase concentration onto Sepabeads were determined as 6.5, 6 h and 1.8 mg/mL, respectively. The corresponding immobilization values onto ReliZyme were 6.5, 2 h and 1.8 mg/mL.Item Obtain of sulfuric acid at the electrochemical processing of eluates(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Gomelya, M.; Trus, I.; Grabitchenko, V.; Petrichenko, A.It is shown that by the electrolysis of eluates it is possible to obtain sulfuric acid solutions. It was found that in process of electrolysis sulfuric acid concentration can be increased up to 44% at very satisfactory values for the current output. Recently polymer-Laponite composites attached great attention due to their remarkable physical properties. In present paper study of aging process of aqueous suspension of Laponite and sodium polystyrene sulfonate is described. For investigation two methods were used: smallangle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and small-amplitude oscillatory shear (SAOS) rheology. More than 15% of the mined combustible is used for drying processes. Because of the usage of theoretically substantiated drying schedules and some obsolescent facility in the industry, they need in two and a half or three times more energy for the drying processes than for transforming of moisture to stream. It is known that Ukraine is an energy-dependent state and is able to satisfy only the minor part of its requirements, the another part is imported. That's why this scientific research is an acute problem and is directed to the analysing and diminishment of the energetic consumption during the production of alternative fuel.Item Synthesis, properties and application of butanolic ethers of condensation products of diphenylolpropane and formaldehyde(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Suvorova, Yuliya; Chervakov, OlegAbstract – The main purpose of this work was to develop methods for the synthesis and modification properties of butanolic ethers of condensation products of diphenylolpropane and formaldehyde (BDPO), and well as creating based on them corrosion-resistant coatings for use as a means of sofeization. Coatings on the basis of the obtained resins are characterized by an excellent complex of physical and mechanical properties, good adhesion to metals and their use allows to prevent the formation of under film corrosion on the metal surface.Item The Preparation of 8,11- aminoderivatives of Cs-trishomocubane(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Gusinska, Julia; Levandovsky, Igor; Gaidai, Oleksandr; Prysyazhnuk, Kateryna; Shishkin, OlegThe nitrogen containing derivatives of CS–trishomocubane have been recently shown to possess pharmacological activity. The preparation of 8,11- derivatives of pentacycloundecane complicated because of transannular interaction in Cs-structure. The method of 8,11- CS– trishomocubane derivatives preparation based on using protecting groups was developed. The structure of newly obtained 8,11- aminoderivatives of CS–trishomocubane was proved with NMR and GC-MS spectra.Item The effect of the dispersion medium nature on the suspensive cooligomerization process of C9 fraction(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Orobchuk, Oksana; Romankiv, Iryna; Polishchuk, Bohdan; Subtelnyy, RomanProcessing by-products of ethylene production – liquid pyrolysis products is actual problem nowadays. Industrial methods of initiated cooligomerization of unsaturated hydrocarbon fraction C9 have several disadvantages such as high temperature, duration of reaction, high performance color of oligomer. To eliminate the difficulties carrying out of the process of cooligomerization in suspension is proposed to use precipitant as a dispersion medium for cooligomerization with components [fraction C9] [dispersion medium] is suggested. A number of precipitants is as the dispersion medium ethanol, hexane and water is selected. Influence of dispersion medium on the processs is investigated. The dependence of the yield and chemical characteristics of oligomer from nature of precipitant is shown. The optimal correlation of the components of the suspension is defined.Item Quantum chemistry research structure and electronic properties of peroxides(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Grytselyak, Tymofiy; Shchodryi, Volodymyr; Dutka, Volodymyr; Kovalskyi, YaroslavWe have calculated the optimal structure, electronic properties and heat of formation (ΔfH ) peroxide compounds with the help of semiempirical quantum chemical methods. Theoretically calculated values well coincide with the values found from thermochemical experiments.Item Improving the Efficiency of Acid-proof Finishing Cotton Fabrics by Using Cationic Polymers(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Danchenko, Viktoriya; Saribekova, DianaThe analysis of the possibility of using cationic preparation in the process of final finishing was made. Selection of technological mode of giving a cotton textile material acid-proof properties with the use of cationic polymers and potassium methylsiliconate were considered. It is shown that pre-treatment of textile material with a solution of a cationic preparation can significantly improve the durability of the protective effect for physico-chemical influence.
