There is emphasized actuality of developing ontological structures research. A complex distributed developed ontologies structural-time analysis system is suggested. The system greatly increases facilities of an expert, who supports ontological structure’s functioning, and allows evaluating importance of changes inside the structure more effective and accurate. There is described a general functional scheme of the system.
Modern concepts of realization functional safety and reliability in real-time operating systems

In the given research are analyzed methods of reliability and safety of Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS). Standards of safety for RTOS and existing developments in the given direction are discussed in detail, also the concept of realization partitioning Operating System, RTOS architecture are viewed. Realization of key mechanisms of work with virtual memory, interaction of processes and threads according to POSIX are explained.
Architecture of cryptographic devices resistant to side-channel attacks

Recent analyses of Internet traffic have shown that traffic volume fluctuations in wide-area and local-area networks are characterized by self-similarity, or long-range dependency. Self-similarity is a scale invariant property under timescale translation, i.e. it yields the existence of clustering and bursty characteristics in the flow over wide time scales. Thus, self-similar traffic causes larger queuing delays than the estimation by Poissonian traffic. Selfsimilarity is relatively a new concept in the computer networking community. It is very different from past views that considered computer network traffic as a Poisson process. In the case of self-similarity, burstness is present in all time-scales and does not tend to pure white Gaussian noise.

Instrumental computer system for distance learning

The structure of the system for the study of notions and terms of subject domain with an unclear structure is considered, in particular, the structure of data-base system. The proposed system allows to create new educational courses regardless of subject domain, to automatize teaching of users after these courses, to carry out diagnostics of knowledge and manage teaching. The system provides the possibility of the independent study of notions and terms of a several disciplines, the support of the simultaneous teaching of a several users, the verification of rightness of pupil’s answers of pupil on a template, the addition of new educational courses without modification of the code of the program, the use of the editor of educational courses.

A natural classification as a systemological method for knowledge modelling

The main purpose of the given work is the application of systemological classification analysis method and natural classification criteria for conceptual knowledge acquisition, ontologies and knowledge bases creation. It allows receiving the forecasting parametrical classifications and effective ontologies in different ill-structured problem domains, knowledge management, organizational modelling for companies’ sustainable development and competitive advantages providing.
Self-organising map as a tool of modelling the design parameters of microelectronics devices for ensuring the specified temperature condition

Using Kohonen maps the analysis and visualisation of thermal management task for flip-chip microelectronic devices have been carried out. The advantages of neural networks techniques over most common ones are demonstrated. The technique is very promising for making a prediction of device parameters for ensuring the specified temperature conditions.
