У збірнику подані розширені тези доповідей Міжнародної наукової конференції "Оксидні матеріали електронної техніки - отримання, властивості, застосування" (OMEE-2012). Конференція присвячена актуальним проблемам технології отримання та дослідження структурних , оптичних, магнітних та електрофізичних властивостей оксидних матеріалів, а також можливості їх практичного застосування у пристроях електронної техніки та розроблення нових функціональних пристроїв на їх основі. Item 3D model of T-x-y diagram as a tool of materials science(Національний університет "Львівська політехніка", 2012) Lutsyk, V.Alternative principle of the phase diagram (PD) engineering has been offered: 1) a space scheme of 3-phase regions is to be elaborated; 2) contours of the surfaces of unruled nature are to be closed and data of thermodynamic assessment are used on this stage; 3) surfaces should be approximated as the minimal ones (with the minimal area); 4) all geometrical elements are designated, and their “names” contain the meaning (reason) of these designations; 5) after the computer assembling the PD space model becomes a useful tool to solve different fundamental and applied tasks of materials science.Item 93Nb NMR investigation and computer simulation of the Mg Ion localization in LiNbO3(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Yevdokimov, S. M.The angular dependences of the linewidth of the 93Nb NMR spectrum central transition is experimentally investigated for the LiNbO3 crystal with congruent composition and for the samples with two various Mg concentrations. Due to the computer simulation of the NMR spectra according some scenario of Mg incorporation in the LNbO3 structure, it has been concluded that the defect complexes ( Li 2 MgL+i + V ) with the Li vacancies are realized when the Mg concentration is less then threshold.Item Admittance and photoadmittance spectroscopy of zinc oxide layers grown on p-Si substrates by sol−gel and spin coating method(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Popielarski, P.; Bała, W.; Paprocki, K.In this work, the dielectric response of ZnO thin films has been studied over a temperature range of 200 K - 550 K. The dielectric response of polycrystalline ZnO thin films in the frequency domain was measured from 0.1 Hz - to 5 MHz frequencies with a small AC signal amplitude at different temperatures. Influence of the light on conductivity has been also investigated. A universal power law relation was brought into picture to explain the frequency dependence of AC conductivity. The temperature dependence of AC conductivity was analyzed in detail. The activation energy obtained from the temperature dependence of AC conductivity was attributed to the shallow trapcontrolled space charge conduction in the bulk of the sample.Item AFM study of Ni- and Cu-doped Li2B4O7 lass surface(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Adamiv, V. T.; Torun, M. K.; Yükselici, M. H.CdTe nanocrystals embedded in matrixes such as, glass, plastic and, aqueous solution have been investigated extensively due to their potential applications in nonlinear optical devices, biotechnology and medicine. When the size of bulk semiconductor is reduced to nanometer scales, the crystal gains new optical and electronic properties. Energy levels are quantized as in atoms and the energy difference between levels widens with the inverse of the size squared. CdTe nanocrystals were grown in glass by solid-state phase precipitation at the above glass transition temperature. A size dependent blue shift in the asymptotic absorption edge was observed in optical absorption spectra. The crystalline composition was studied by Resonant Raman spectroscopy. The width of the optical absorption tail at long wavelengths depends on the spread of electron energy levels within the structure, called the Urbach energy, which was calculated depending on size. We observe that the Urbach tail narrows as the surface to volume ratio of the nanocrystals decreases.Item Calculation of optical rotation and refractive indices in the langasite family crystals(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Shopa, Ya.; Ftomyn, N.The polarizability theory of optical activity (OA) is applied to calculation the optical rotation (OR) of the langasite family crystals. The dispersion of OR is calculated. The good agreement between both calculated and observed optical anisotropy parameters are obtained.Item Carbon-siliceous nanocomposites via the method of sol-gel technology for selective coatings of solar collectors(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Musiy, R.; Khairnasov, S.; Semenyuk, I.It was developed the selective coating by new type for the solar heat collectors. It has been used the carbon–siliceous nanocomposite obtained via sol–gel technology method. The comparative investigations of the obtained coating and the sample of SunSelect firm (Germany) were carried out. The distinctive peculiarity is the preparation of the coating by a high cost technology of the vacuum evaporation. The independent measurements have been done under the irradiation of the natural solar flow of radiation and the simulator of the solar spectrum.Item CdTe nanocrystals studied through in-situ electro-modulation spectroscopy(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Ince, R.; Patan Alper, F. M.; Yükselici, M. H.; Asıkoğlu, A.; Allahverdi, Ç.Non-linear optical properties of weakly confined CdTe nanocrystals in a glass matrix were studied by electro-modulation spectroscopy. Copper electrodes of about 10 nm thick were deposited on both sides of glass samples of thickness 0.8 mm by physical vapor deposition. Optical transmission spectra of the samples were recorded under dc high voltage applied to the electrodes. The absorption band is observed to broaden. This is most likely caused by state filling.Item Comparable luminescence investigation of the La1-xEuxVO4 solid solutions synthesized by two different methods(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Chukova, O. V.; Nedilko, S. G.; Scherbatskii, V.; Nedilko, S. A.; Voytenko, T.Luminescence properties of the series of the La1-xEuxVO4 solid solutions were investigated. The samples were synthesized by the solid state and co-precipitation methods. Luminescence spectra of the investigated samples consist of weak wide non-structural band of the matrix emission and narrow spectral lines caused by inner f-f electron transitions in the impurity Eu3+ ions. Dependences of the structure, peak positions and intensity of luminescence on the composition, samples temperature and excitation wavelengths were studied. Differences between luminescence characteristics of series of samples obtained by two different methods are considered.Item Comparison of Nd:YAG optical ceramics produced by different sintering routes(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Doroshenko, А. B.Nd:YAG ceramics were fabricated by solid-state reactive sintering of commercial powders and vacuum sintering of custom made co-precipitated nanopowders. The densities, microstructure, average grain size, residual porosity, optical transmittances of the sintered ceramics were compared. Nd:YAG ceramics produced by solid-state reactive sintering possess higher transmittance compared to vacuum-sintered ceramics from coprecipitated nanopowders, which is however still lower than that of single crystals. A morphotropic phase transition occurs at x ≈ 0.20, where the co-existence of both phases was observed. A phase transition from orthorhombic (Pbnm) to rhombohedral (R 3 c) has been detected near 340 К. A chevron-like configuration of ferroelastic domain structure was observed in rhombohedral La0.95Sr0.05Ga0.95Mn0.05O3-x crystal using the Laue technique. The chevron-like pattern is formed by the intersection of Wtype domain walls (211), (101) and (110).Item Crystal growth of the (Ga1-xInx)2Se3, 0.32≤x≤0.42 phase and investigation of physical properties of obtained single crystals(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Ivashchenko, І. D.The phase diagram of the Ga2Se3–In2Se3 system as investigated by differential-thermal analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. The single crystals from the area of existence of the γ2 phase with the compositions (Ga0.6In0.4)2Se3 and (Ga0.594In0.396Er0.01)2Se3 were grown by a vertical Bridgman method. Absorption spectra of the grown crystals were studied. The estimated optical band gap is 1.95±0.01 eV. The resistance of the single crystals of (Ga0.6In0.4)2Se3 (R = 500 M ) and (Ga0.594In0.396Er0.01)2Se3 (R = 210 M ) was measured.Item Crystal structure, oxygen nonstoichiometry and diffusion mobility in some ferrites-nickelites(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Vashook, V.; Rebello, J.; Chen, J.-Y.; Vasylechko, L.; Trots, D.; Zosel, J.; Guth, U.Crystal structure, thermal expansion, oxygen non-stoichiometry, electrical conductivity and diffusion characteristics of two analogous LaFe0.7Ni0.3O3-d and PrFe0.7Ni0.3O3-d compositions were investigated depending on temperature (20-1000 °C) and oxygen partial pressure (0.6-21000 Pa). The found oxygen diffusion and oxygen exchange coefficients for the both compositions at similar conditions are near to each other and varied in the range of 1·10-7-1·10-5 cm2·s-1 and 5·10-6-1·10-4 cm·s-1, respectively.Item Crystallization paths and microstructures in ternary oxide systems with stoichiometric compounds(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Lutsyk, V.; Zelenaya, A.The problems of computer model simulation of CаO-SiO2-Al2O3 system are considered. A set of nanosized powders of zirconium oxide was investigated by electron paramagnetic resonance method: nominally pure ZrO2; ZrO2 with Y2O3 and Sc2O3; ZrO2 with Cr2O3; ZrO2 with Y2O3 and Cr2O3. It is observed that the influence of annealing on EPR lines of Zr3+ and Cr3+ions is different. Nuclear magnetic resonance data have shown that zirconium dioxide nanoparticles with Sc and Y impurities include two types of water molecules and two types of hydroxyl groups.Item Development of CdWO4 crystal scintillators from enriched Isotopes for 2β-Decay experiments(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Barabash, A.
