Characteristics for reliability estimation of hierarchical systems
(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Sydor, Andriy; Teslyuk, Vasyl
Main reliability characteristics for unrestorable symmetric hierarchical systems ramified to level 2 and with ageing output elements are examined in this paper. Models for the failure probability and the average duration of the system’s stay in the prescribed availability condition are worked out in the case when the lifetime of ageing output elements is circumscribed by the Weibull distribution.

Models and means of mems analysis based on stochastic Petri nets
(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2010) Teslyuk, Vasyl; Kernytskyy, Andriy; Denysyuk, Pavlo; Hamza, Ali Yousef Alshawabkeh
Models for MEMS structures analysis based on stochastic Petri nets are designed. Results of analysis are presented and features of developed software for information technology of analysis and synthesis of micro electro-mechanical systems are described.
