    The problems of care and rehabilitation for children with HIV: a cross-national study

    Over 41 thousand children have been born from HIV-positive parents in Russia since 2002. Due to modern medicine the transfer of HIV from parents to a child is managed to prevent in 98–99% cases, but in spite of this more than 2 thousand children, born from HIV-positive mothers have been still infected. The most recurring clinical implication of HIV among children is psychomotor and physical retardation. Another serious problem is biological and social desolateness, connected with HIV-positive status of their parents. Solution to many problems of social adaptation of HIV-positive children is possible in dispute.

    Training a polyfunctional teacher within the dialogue of culture and sport in modern learning community

    The realization of a multifunctional approach in the system of professional physical teacher training necessitates the inclusion in educational programmes of different profiles the development of individual trajectories. In order to form professional competencies in modern learning community it is necessary to implement educational programmes in a number of different academic activities for student choice. Training a polyfunctional teacher in the dialogue of culture and sport provides didactic models and key typology of such competences , cross-cultural management associated with building a learning society, learning cities of culture and sport.

    Students’ social mobility within the culture and education in modern university

    The paper analyzes the problem of student mobility within the dialogue of cultures and Education in Bashkortostan in the development of evaluation UNESCO centre in the structure of modern pedagogical university, theory and technology of social mobility in higher education. Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmullah is working to coordinate the UNESCO movement in universities and schools of Bashkortostan and the development of mechanisms for integration social and educational activities. The focus is on border-crossing cultural research in social mobility, globally open to students and youth from all areas in the large field of global education.

    Building the support models of young prisoners rehabilitation and reintegration

    This paper aims to present a rehabilitation aspect of work and the need of building the support models for facilitating the labor market integration of prisoners leaving penal institutions. An innovative EU project entitled “PI model of a comprehensive system of cooperation with employers to support the market entry of young prisoners in Lublin province” was presented as an example of such integration approach.

    Peculiarities of lingualizing the concept “magpie” (“soroka”) in M. Vinhranovskyy’s prosaic works for children

    The article is dedicated to the analysis of one of the core components of the sphere of concepts “fauna” in M. Vinhranovskyy’s works for children – the concept “magpie” (“soroka”). There have been traced the main concept verbalizers, its semantics has been clarified as represented by ethnic national as well as individual senses encoded by the author, axiological markers of the studied concept have been identified.

    Documents Central State Historical Archives in Lviv as a Channel of Social Communication

    The paper analyzes the archival documents of the Central State Historical Archives in Lviv as a channel of social communication. What is important for the analysis and study of military affairs, the medieval city of Lviv in the second half of the XIV–XVIII centuries. The paper presents a computerization of archives, which plays an important role in the archive as a structure of social communication, which will establish new facts in the history of the city.

    The study highlighted the wrong models of Ukrainian electric power engineering terms: “щит управління / panel of management”, “лінія електропередачі / power transmissible line”, “повітряна лінія / air-line” and necessity of usage of normative variants is substantiated as following: “щит керування / panel of energy control”, “лінія електропересилання / electric power transmission line”, “надземна лінія / overhead electric power line”.

    Manipulation of consciousness in the context of Internet communication

    It is noted that, although the Internet technologies contribute to the formation of public opinion, provide information and guidance on human values, they create new opportunities for manipulation of consciousness. This is due to the socio-cultural reference points that define certain groups of society, active in the Internet environment; sugestivnim nature of the information that appears in the selection of evidence psihologichnom pressure, the use of emotional and logical reasoning, audio-visual effects, effects on the mind. Argues that a person falling under the influence of information technology, does not differentiate rumors versions, views and facts.

    Two careers of Sanok nobles in the 15th and 17th centuries: Petro Smolytskyy and Matviy-Stanislav Ustrytskyy

    Both nobles – Petro Smolytskyy and Matviy-Stanislav Ustrytskyy lived in different centuries, but both were born on Sanok land, had Ukrainian roots, came through similar typical for the nobles of these times stages of self-affirmation in noble society. Their successful life strategies are good examples how provincial nobility gained property and reached socio-political growth within their regional communities.

    Teaching consecutive interpretation by means of “Dialog Nibelung” software

    The article deals with an urgent problem of computer software implementation in professional interpretation competence formation. The article is aimed at describing “Dialog Nibelung” software facilities that can contribute to interpretation skills formation and match them to the system of relevant exercises.     Economic sanctions and U.S. foreign policy on Iran

    The purpose of the study is to analyze the main foreign policy documents that form the U.S. policy of sanctions, according to the sectors of Iran’s economy that are subject of authorization from 1979 to 2012. The analysis of basic spheres of economy, which are subject sanctioning, is carried out, in accordance with the legislation of the USA for the last thirty years, the evolution of the American system of discriminatory limitations is traced in relation to Islam Republic.

    From migration flows to migration systems: the case of Ukraine

    The author of the article singles out countriesparticipants of migration systems with Ukraine as a source country and, by ranking them according to the selected indicators, makes the analysis of the formation and effectiveness of migration systems. As the result, an attempt to predict possible destination countries of future migration outflows from Ukraine is made.

    Prevailing tendencies of North Lemkian resettled dialects in Western Ukraine: phonetic aspect

    The aim of this article is to describe the most characteristic phonetic features of the North Lemkian dialects, highlighting the basic tendencies of the functioning of such dialects at the start of the 21st century. The thrust of this research lies in the fact that after significant dialectical studies relating to the pre deportation period, this is the first accomplished study relating to the sounding of these dialects as a direct consequence of resettlement to the Western Ukrainian region.

    Regional dialect of modern Lviv: language-contact processes

    The theoretical aspects of the multilinguizm are considered in the article, particularly the distinguishing of such sociolinguistic phenomena as code-switching, codemixing and congruent lexicalization are examined. The history of formation and the modern state of Lviv regional dialect is analyzed.
