Rudnytska researched into the constituents of the occupation regime in Zhytomyr region in 1941-1943 in World War II. During World War II Ukrainians and the representatives of the other fraternal Slavonic people as well as Jews, Gypsies and a number of ethnics who used to live in Zhytomyr region long since, became the objects of cruel and preliminary planned extermination.
