The effectiveness of ways of protection of minorities` groups rights is not researched enough. Appropriate provisions of international acts, particularly provisions of Convention on protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms and Protocols to it and European Court`s decisions are analyzed. The efficiency of different legal tools in the aspect of minorities rights protection and mechanisms of control of human rights protection are compared.
