To keep up with the times it is necessary to be literate in the use of Internet resources and digital technologies. It is important to note that at the moment, the higher the level of digital literacy among the population, the more able-bodied citizens. According to data for 2020, in the ranking of countries on the digital development of Kazakhstan is among the promising countries (Figure 1). Following global trends, Kazakhstan can be on a par with such countries as the U.S. or South Korea (Figure 2). Young people are the promoters of digital development in every country.
