Additionally, a key benefit of monolithic construction is its flexibility, allowing for open layouts with wide spans and customizable ceiling heights to meet specific design needs. The architectural and construction section of the master’s qualification project outlines the volumetric-planning and architectural-structural solutions for the building, including the site plan, interior and exterior design details, central engineering systems, and thermal performance calculations for the external brick walls. The graphical component features a site plan, building facades, sectional views, attic and sixth-floor roof connections, and floor plans for the first, standard, and attic levels, along with room specifications. The design includes a seven-story building (with an attic floor) and an underground parking area, with a total height of approximately 23.5 meters. The second chapter of the master’s qualification project focuses on the calculation and design of four key load-bearing structural elements: the monolithic reinforced concrete (RC) foundation slab, floor slab, columns, and stairs. Part of the structural analysis was conducted using the «Monomakh» software suite. The building’s structural framework is a rigid monolithic reinforced concrete frame filled with ceramic bricks. Load-bearing components include reinforced concrete columns and shear walls (stiffness diaphragms), while the foundation comprises a monolithic RC slab. The graphical section includes detailed formwork drawings for the structural elements, reinforcement layouts (primary and supplementary), support frame arrangements, sectional views, lists of components, specifications, steel consumption data, and additional notes. The technological and organizational section includes the development of a technological map for installing a monolithic reinforced concrete (RC) foundation slab, a construction site master plan, and a calendar schedule for performing construction and installation tasks. The graphical content features the installation diagram of the monolithic RC slab with concrete pump stations, the general construction plan with calculated placements of temporary structures and roads, marked zones for temporary engineering networks and crane operations, and more. It also includes a calendar schedule for construction and installation tasks, a workforce movement chart, and a plan for the use of machinery and equipment. The project duration is 168 working days, with an average workforce of 5 individuals. The fourth chapter, focusing on construction economics, includes the preparation of estimate documentation based on the building’s technical and economic indicators. The total construction cost is estimated to be approximately 19 million hryvnias. In the fifth chapter, dedicated to scientific research, the study addresses the enhancement of reinforced concrete properties by incorporating fibers, such as steel and synthetic types.
