The author of the article analyzes the different approaches on the “information” definition. There is describes the basic problems of resource management in corporate network. Shows process management effect of information resources on the economic performance of corporate enterprises. The author combined corporate enterprise resources model and principles of resources interaction by J. Kornay. The mechanism of functioning of the five main types of resources (economic, material, information, natural and human) in the internal environment of the corporate enterprise was suggested.
