The analysis of existing approaches to estimation the business reputation of the enterprises in conditions of globalization and distributions of information technologies is carried out in the article. Character of mutual influence of an innovational infrastructure on development and business reputation of the enterprises is investigated in view of branch and regional specificity. It is offered approaches to the innovational infrastructure formation and estimation a level of its influence on development and business reputation of the domestic enterprises.
