The layer is positioned symmetrically with respect to the waveguide axis and is parallel to its narrow walls. Slots are situated in the chess order. The case when the neighboring slots partially overlap along waveguides axis is included into consideration. It happens when the length of a lowed down wave g l is less than one in the free space.
