Some disadvantages of the built-in gate model is discussed and a new model of TTL inverter is proposed. In the new model the influence of the supply voltage and temperature on the characteristics and parameter values of TTL gate is taken into account. The theoretical considerations are illustrated by calculations and measurements.plArticle
