The height of the basement floor is 4.5 m, the 1st floor is 4.95 m, the 2nd and 3rd are 4.05 m., the 4th – 3.35 m, the 5th floor – 4.15 m. The structural scheme of the building is a rigid, beam-less RC monolithic frame filled with ceramic blocks 380 mm thick. The load-bearing elements are reinforced concrete columns and stiffening diaphragms. To calculate the frame of the medical center, the load on the frame structure was collected according to DBN B.1.2-2: 2006 «Loads and influences». The calculation and construction section started with the calculation of the floor slab. The slab is made of C25/30 class concrete with a thickness of 220 mm, A500C class reinforcement. Next, a foundation with a thickness of 700 mm was designed. The foundation slab is made of C20/25 class concrete and A400C class reinforcing frames. The next step is the manual calculation of the most loaded column of the 1st floor with the selection of reinforcement. The cross-section of the column is 600?600 mm and is made of C25/30 concrete. The final stage is the calculation and construction of a RC staircase. The width of the march is 1.35 m. The angle of inclination ? = 27?. The steps have a standard size of 150?300 mm. Concrete of class C25/30, reinforcement of frames is of class A400C, mesh is of class Vr-1. In the technological and organizational chapter, I developed a technological map for installing a monolithic RC floor slab, a construction master plan, and a compiled calendar schedule to implement the main construction and installation works. According to calculations, the duration of construction of a public building is 258 working days. In the chapter on the economy of construction, a local and object estimate for the main construction and installation works was drawn up. All calculations were made based on prices and time standards for the main construction works as of December 2024. The total cost of building the medical center is calculated. The estimated construction cost is around 61 million hryvnias. The cost of construction of 1 m2 of usable area – 7 760 hryvnias/m2. The topic of the scientific research was the study of the method of digital image correlation (DIC) for the study of RC structures. As a result of the research, known materials about the method were processed and the main positive aspects of the method were highlighted.
