Подано приклади трактування явища громадської думки як штучного продукту.
Розглянуто основні підходи до тлумачення громадської думки: як артефакту, як способу
маніпулювання свідомістю, як наперед заданого та зумовленого явища. Обґрунтовано та доведено, що громадська думка у процесі еволюції набуває ознак повноцінного суспільно-політичного інституту і втрачає ознаки штучного та відпрацьованого продукту.
The examples of public opinion’s interpretation as artificial product are given. The main approaches to public opinion’s explanation are considered as artifact, as the mean of consciousness’ manipulation as the phenomenon which is set beforehand. It is proved that the public opinion in his development and in the process of evolution gets the features of full value social political institute and loses the characteristics of artificial and worked product.
