Item Вплив організаційної гнучкості на продуктивність машинобудівного підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Комаринець, С. О.Побудовано модель впливу нестабільності зовнішнього економічного середовища на гнучкість як організаційну здатність, яка, своєю чергою, впливає на продуктивність машинобудівного підпри- ємства. Для підтвердження чотирьох припущень моделі проведено регресійний аналіз послідовного вилучення чинників, в результаті якого доведено, що нестабільність зовнішнього економічного середовища у формі невизначеності, динаміки та складності впливає на загальний ступінь органі- заційної гнучкості та рівень продуктивності машинобудівного підприємства. The model of external economic environment’s uncertainty influence on the flexibility, as an organizational ability, and machine-building enterprise’s productivity was formed in the article. Regression analysis was undertaken to prove the following four hypothesis of the model: (1) environmental uncertainty influence different flexibility parameters levels; (2) resource flexibility parameters influence system flexibility parameters; (3) general flexibility level influence machinebuilding enterprise’s productivity level; (4) in the environment of high uncertainty machine-building enterprises, which obtain the high general flexibility level, are more successful than the enterprises with low general flexibility level. As the result, the influence of the external environment’s uncertainty, in the form of unpredictability, stability and complexity, on the general organizational flexibility level and machine-building enterprise’s productivity was proved.Item Взаємозв’язок між організаційною гнучкістю та продуктивністю підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Комаринець, С. У контексті сучасних глобальних тенденцій та технологічних інновацій ідеться про ймовірність різних залежностей між організаційною гнучкістю та продуктивністю підприємства, з метою вивчення яких необхідно, передусім, оцінити рівень продуктивності підприємства. Organizational flexibility and enterprise performance interconnection is reflected in enterprise’s capabilities both to adapt and to affect environment’s transformations. In the context of current global trends and technological innovations different relationships between organizational flexibility and enterprise performance become possible. In order to study different relationships between organizational flexibility and enterprise performance, first, it is important to assess the level of enterprise performance.
