Розглянуто суть термінів “дистрибуція” та “система дистрибуції”. Проаналізовано структуру систем дистрибуції товарів в умовах сучасних економічних реалій та вимоги до основних елементів таких економічних систем. На основі аналізу практики роботи дистриб’юторських компаній визначено основні проблеми функціонування систем дистрибуції готової продукції в умовах кризи. Окреслено напрями розвитку та підвищення ефективності систем дистрибуції товарів в Україні. Are considered essence of definitions “distribution” and “sistem of distribution”. Analysed structure of the systems of distribution of commodities in the conditions of modern economic terms and requirement to the basic elements of such economic systems. On the basis of conducted analysis of practice of work of distributors’ companies basic problems of functioning the systems of distribution of prepared product in the conditions of crisis are definite. Directions of development and rise of efficiency of the systems of distribution of commodities in Ukraine are offered.
