Стисло проаналізовано житлову архітектуру Львова пострадянського періоду та тенденції її розвитку з початку 90-х рр. до теперішнього часу. Висвітлено соціальні
трансформації та зміни у суспільстві цього періоду і нормативні підстави розвитку житла.
Розглянено зміни напрямів містобудівної політики означеного періоду та виявлено нові
домінантні типи житлових будинків. The article made a brief analysis of the residential architecture of the city’s post Soviet Union period and the trends of its development from the early 90’s till present. The survey of social transformations, changes in the society of that period and normative grounds of housing
development was made. The changing directions for urban policy of defined period along with new dominant types of residential buildings were considered.
