Item Теоретико-методичні засади здійснення фундаментальної діагностики інвестиційної привабливості машинобудівних підприємств(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Товстенюк, О. В.Уточнено змістове та функціональне призначення фундаментальної діагностики в оцінюванні інвестиційної привабливості підприємств, а також обґрунтована її роль у процесі прийняття управлінських рішень потенційними інвесторами. Визначено, що фундаментальна діагностика у межах процесу діагностики здійснюється після реалізації експрес-діагностики інвестиційної привабливості підприємства інвестором. Обґрунтовано ключові теоретичні засади здійснення фундаментальної діагностики машинобудівних підприємств, які охоплюють рекомендації із добору оцінювальних індикаторів, врахування чинників формування інвестиційної привабливості підприємств, використання міжнародних рейтингових оцінок. Сформовано модель здійснення фундаментальної діагностики інвестиційної привабливості машинобудівних підприємств, яка відображає етапи здійснення оцінювально-ідентифікаційних процедур та напрямки використання отриманих результатів. In the article the semantic and functional setting of fundamental diagnostics is specified in the evaluation of investment attractiveness of enterprises, and also her role is reasonable in the process of acceptance of administrative decisions by potential investors. Certainly, that fundamental diagnostics within the limits of process of diagnostics comes true after realization of express-diagnostics of investment attractiveness of enterprise by an investor. Key theoretical principles of realization of fundamental diagnostics of machine-building enterprises, that embrace recommendations from the selection of estimating indicators, taking into account of factors of forming of investment attractiveness of enterprises, use of international rating estimations, are reasonable. The model of realization of fundamental diagnostics of investment attractiveness of machine-building enterprises, that represents the stages of realization of estimate-identification procedures and directions of drawing on the got results, is formed.Item Експрес-діагностика інвестиційної привабливості підприємства(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Товстенюк, О. В.; Гром’як, О. Б.Наведено структурно-логічну модель експрес-діагностики інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. У процесі детального опису кожного із етапів запропонованої послідовності розроблено основні індикатори, наведено формули для їх розрахунку та критеріальні значення. Розроблено бальну шкалу оцінювання відповідності фактичних значень та представлено таблицю-ідентифікатор, що дасть змогу інтерпретувати результати експрес-діагностики та визначити рівень інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. In the article describes the structural model implementation for express-diagnostics of the investment attractiveness of enterprise. During the detailed description of each the stages of the proposed sequence developed basic indicators, formulas for their calculation and the criterion value. Scale evaluation of actual compliance is developed and presented tableidentifier that allows to interpret the results of express-diagnostics and to determine the level of investment attractiveness of enterprise.Item Систематизація типів інвестиційної привабливості промислових підприємств(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Товстенюк, О. В.Систематизовано типи інвестиційної привабливості промислових підприємств за низкою істотних та незалежних ознак, зокрема: часовим спрямуванням, суб’єктами ідентифікування, рівнем охоплення, функціональним спрямуванням, рівнем, ступенем стабільності, середовищем та цілеспрямованістю формування. Запропонована систематизація сформувала базу для діагностування інвестиційної привабливості підприємств. In the article the types of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises are systematized after the row of substantial and independent signs, in particular: by sentinel aspiration, subjects of authentication, level of scope, functional aspiration, level, degree of stability, environment and forming purposefulness. The offered systematization formed a base for diagnosticating of investment attractiveness of enterprises.Item Інвестиційна привабливість підприємства як об’єкт діагностики(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Товстенюк, О. В.Проаналізовано погляди авторів на трактування категорії “інвестиційна привабливість підприємства”, виявлено значні розбіжності щодо розуміння цього поняття. Уточнено сутність інвестиційної привабливості підприємства та водночас обґрунтовано, що її змістове наповнення набуватиме особливостей для реальних та фінансових інвесторів з огляду на відмінні цілі інвестування. На підставі цього сформульовано визначення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства з погляду реальних та фінансових інвесторів. In the article the looks of authors to interpretation of category “investment attractiveness of enterprise “are analysed, found out considerable divergences in relation to understanding of this concept. Essence of investment attractiveness of enterprise is specified and at the same time reasonably, that her the semantic filling will acquire features for the real and financial investors, taking into account the excellent whole investing. On the basis of it determination of investment attractiveness of enterprise is set forth from the point of view of the real and financial investors.
