Item Концепція маркетингу територій в розвитку зеленого туризму(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2018-02-26) Фігун, Н. В.; Пастернак, О. Долішнього НАН України”Обґрунтовано доцільність дослідження розвитку туризму на основі концепції маркетингу територій. Досліджено зелений туризм як перспективний напрям розвитку, зокрема на прикладі біосферного транскордонного резервату “Розточчя”. Описано переваги розвитку зеленого туризму для території та її мешканців. Обґрунтовано доцільність розвитку зеленого туризму з точки зору основних законодавчих актів України та Польщі. Запропоновано низку маркетингових заходів для активізації туризму та залучення інвестицій в туристичну галузь України на рівні регіонів та держави в цілому.Item Імітаційне моделювання зовнішньої та внутрішньої логістики медичного закладу(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2016) Фігун, Н. В.; Дзелендзяк, Ю. А.Розглянуто аспекти логістичної діяльності медичного закладу. Сформульовано класифікацію підходів до побудови імітаційної моделі внутрішньої та зовнішньої логістики медичного закладу. Структуризовано імітаційну модель зовнішньої та внутрішньої логістики медичного закладу. Визначено параметри формування імітаційної моделі та її обмеження. Запропоновано два принципово відмінні підходи до формування імітаційних моделей відповідно до специфіки поставлених задач. Розроблено схему отримання, перетворення і виведення даних щодо логістичних потоків для створення імітаційної моделі. Проаналізовано переваги та недоліки використання нейронних мереж та генетичних алгоритмів для структурної реалізації імітаційної моделі. The logistics aspects of medical institution have been considered. Approach’s classification of simulation model’s creation of inner and external logistics has been formed. The medical institution’s simulation model of inner and external logistics structuring has been realized. The parameters’ of simulation model’s forming have been determined. The two fundamentally different approaches to simulation model’s forming according to specific character of posed tasks have been suggested. The scheme of receiving, transformation and data’s output for simulation model’s creation was developed. The advantages and disadvantages of neural nets and genetic algorithms using for structural realization of simulation model have been analyzed.Item Директ-маркетинг в Україні: основні проблеми та перспективи розвитку(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2007) Патора, Р.; Фігун, Н. На основі вивчення національної і зарубіжної літератури встановлено особливості, тенденції і перспективи розвитку, розглянуто проблеми розвитку директ-маркетингу в Україні, запропоновано шляхи вирішення проблем, визначено напрямки подальших досліджень методів і технологій директ-маркетингу. The dynamics of development of direct-marketing is analysed, given description of direct-marketing measures. On the basis of study of national and foreign literature set on features, tendencies and prospects of development, the problems of development of direct- marketing are considered in Ukraine, offered the ways of decision of problems, determined directions of subsequent researches of methods and direct-marketing technologies.Item Роль партнерства в умовах гуманітарної кризи(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2015) Фігун, Н. В.; Білошевська, О. Б.Досліджено роль партнерських відносин у гуманітарному ланцюзі постачання, проаналізовано модель співпраці учасників гуманітарного ланцюга. Розглянуто основні проблеми, які спричиняють неефективну координацію учасників ланцюга гуманітарної допомоги. Наведено основні принципи успіху державно-приватного партнерства, які підвищують ефективність співпраці. The role of partnerships in humanitarian supply chain is researched; the model of cooperation between participants in humanitarian supply chain is analysed. The main problems that cause inefficient coordination of participants in humanitarian supply chain are considered. The basic principles of successful public-private partnerships that enhance the effectiveness of cooperation are presented. There are proposed methods that help to organize quickly the delivery chain of humanitarian aid that involves strategies for effective coordination of its members. The main objectives of humanitarian logistics which includes the purchase and delivery of necessary materials and provision of necessary services in place and at time when they are needed are formed. Therefore, in this article the main purpose, essence, prospects, funding sources, especially reverse logistics and life cycle of humanitarian supplies of traditional and humanitarian logistics are defined and the main differences between traditional and humanitarian logistics are reviewed. The main humanitarian supply chains members are listed. The nature and importance for society of coordination and cooperation between all participants across humanitarian supply chain are considered. The model of cooperation between the members of humanitarian supply chain is presented; examples of such cooperation during the natural disasters are provided (the terrorist attacks on September 11 and hurricane Katrina). Based on these examples the main reasons of ineffective engagement of participants during emergencies are discovered. The location of logistics centers, hubs, airports, ports, and routes for assisting victims of the hurricane in Philadelphia (2013) is presented. It has been proven that effective partnerships can improve coordination within the chain, maximizing the process of providing necessary resources and leading to integrated communication. The notion of partnership between the private sector and local authorities is expanded; strategic, operational and tactical effects of this partnership are considered. The idea that the partnership between the state and private sector institutions can change the strategic direction of combating the disaster is demonstrated. The basic principles of success that will allow to build effective public-private partnerships including accessibility, planning, resources availability, interests, stability are analyzed. Useful hints on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of such cooperation are developed.Item Диференціація аналітичних інструментів в управлінні запасами замінних частин до машин і обладнання(Видавництво Національного університету "Львівська політехніка", 2009) Фігун, Н. В.Проаналізовано специфіку замінних частин, способи зниження рівня витрат нa замінні частини, розглянуто позитивні аспекти у вирішенні завдання МОВ (зробити чи купити). Розглянуто існуючі аналізи з селективного управління товарним асортиментом. Наведено сфери застосування розглянутих аналізів до замінних частин. Здійснено інтеграцію VED та FSN аналізів для оцінки товарних позицій замінних частин. The specific of replaceable parts is analysed, made the analysis of methods for costs reduction value to spare parts, the positivesides for solving thr MOB (make or buy) ask are considered. The number of existent analyses for a selective inventory management are considered. Sphere´s of using a considered analyses for spare parts are reviewed. Integration of VED analyses for the estimation of spare parts inventory positions is carried out.Item Логістична трансформація водних портів: зарубіжний і вітчизняний досвід(Видавництво Національного університету "Львівська політехніка", 2008) Патора, Р.; Фігун, Н. На основі вивчення національної і зарубіжної літератури встановлено особливості, тенденції і перспективи розвитку морських і річкових портів України, визначено напрямки подальших досліджень і методів вирішення логістичних проблем у портах. The dynamics of development of logistic processes was analysed in the see and river ports of Ukraine and Germany, showed the main problems with which ports faced on. On the basis of studied national and foreign literature was set on features, tendencies and prospects of development see and river ports of Ukraine, defined directions of the future researches and methods for decisions of logistic problems in ports.Item Особливості логістики замінних частин(Видавництво Національного університету "Львівська політехніка", 2008) Кльозе, К.; Сібрассе, Ф.; Фігун, Н. В.; Баттлер, С.Проаналізовано особливості логістики замінних частин, розглянуто класифікацію замінних частин, показано взаємозалежність логістики замінних частин та сфери технічного обслуговування. Наведено основні фактори успіху виробника замінних частин. Розглянуто позитивне та негативне у здійсненні виробництва та торгівлі замінними частинами. Проаналізовано основні фактори сервісу у торгівлі замінними частинами. Зображено основні шляхи переміщення замінних частин від виробника до споживача. Analysed the features of spare parts logistic, classification of spare parts is considered, demonstrated the interdependence between spare parts logistic and sphere of technical service. Resulted the basic factors of success of spare parts producer. Considered the positive and negative sides in organizing of production and in the trading of spare parts. Analysed the basic factors of service in the spare parts trading. Represented the basic ways of moving spare parts from a producer to the user.
