    Багатокритеріальна оптимізація функціонально-орієнтованого технологічного процесу механічного оброблення загартованих поверхонь деталей прес-форм

    Наведено методику та приклад багатокритеріальної структурно-параметричної оптимізації функціонально-орієнтованого технологічного процесу механічного оброблення загартованих поверхонь деталей прес-форми. Найефективнішими локальними критеріями оптимізації є зносостійкість, втомна міцність, контактна жорсткість і корозійна стійкість продукції. Наведено методологію досліджень і алгоритм оптимізації. The principles and example of multicriterion structural and parametric optimization of the functionally-oriented technological machining process of mold’s parts hardened surfaces are described in the article. The most essential criteria of optimization are wearproofness, fatigue strength, contact stiffness and corrosion resistance of production. Methodology of researches and algorithm of optimization are shown in the article.

    Мінімізація витрат у логістичному ланцюгу поставок з використанням економіко-математичного моделювання

    Обґрунтована доцільність використання багатокритеріальної оптимізації для моделювання логістичного ланцюга поставок. Розглянуто етапи функціонування логістичного ланцюга поставок, типові логістичні задачі та моделі для їх вирішення. Запропоновано економіко-математичну модель мінімізації витрат у ланцюгу поставок для випадку, коли необхідно мінімізувати витрати на закупівлю та постачання матеріальних ресурсів, собівартість продукції та витрати на її збут. The expediency of using multiobjective optimization for modeling logistics supply chain is justified In the article. The stages of operation of the logistics supply chain, typical logistics problems and models for its solution are considered. The maximum satisfaction of production in material resources (in quantity, quality, deadlines, etc.) with minimum cost of their acquisition has to be provided on the first stage for the effective organization of the company. On the second stage a production plan in which the cost of production is lowest in the known reserves of each type of resource and cost of each resource to produce each product should be created. On the third stage the optimal scheme of transportation products to brokerage firms, and then - to customers with minimum total cost has to be determined. The mathematical model to minimize costs in the supply chain for the case when it is necessary to minimize the cost of procurement and supply of mate rial resources, cost of production and distribution costs of products is proposed.
