    Environmental directions of the tourist potential development at urban agglomerations (case study of the City of Kyiv)

    The development of urban tourism ensures preservation and expansion of valuable ecosystems and increases the level of ecological culture, which provides saving attitude to the environment. The preconditions of ecotourism development in cities are analyzed. The method for evaluation of ecotourist potential is proposed and tested on the example of Kyiv. The parameters for the selection and evaluation of the objects that can be used for ecotourism organization are considered.

    Solar power station as a “Green Key” certification factor

    The analysis of the negative impact of classical tourism on the environment elements is made. The generalized criteria for the eco-hotel and the environmental certification requirements of the Green Key Global Hotels are given. The calculation and selection of component parts of the network power station for the Derenivska Kupil apartment-hotel were carried out. The energy efficiency of the proposed solution is proven.

    Концепція маркетингу територій в розвитку зеленого туризму

    Обґрунтовано доцільність дослідження розвитку туризму на основі концепції маркетингу територій. Досліджено зелений туризм як перспективний напрям розвитку, зокрема на прикладі біосферного транскордонного резервату “Розточчя”. Описано переваги розвитку зеленого туризму для території та її мешканців. Обґрунтовано доцільність розвитку зеленого туризму з точки зору основних законодавчих актів України та Польщі. Запропоновано низку маркетингових заходів для активізації туризму та залучення інвестицій в туристичну галузь України на рівні регіонів та держави в цілому.
