логістики міста, характеристику міста як системи. Визначено критерії оцінки показника
мобільності міст. Узагальнено переваги застосування концепції логістики міста. The article describes the issue of city logistics and city logistics system. The importance of city logistics is grounded. Characteristic of city logistic concepts are generalized, which include classic, system and ecological concepts. Economic, environmental and social goals of urban logistics and its basic tasks are defined. The article provides the analysis of terminology and key principles of city logistics. City characteristics as a system are structured and its elements are described. The levels of city transport and logistics system, such as local, city, regional and national levels, are analyzed. Information on city infrastructure, which includes technical and service infrastructure, is given. The article include the criteria of assessing urban mobility which include maturity and performance. The benefits of city logistics concept are summorized. The article provides strategies of urban logistics and mobility performance depending on the level of cities transport system. Perspectives of further research of city and urban logistics are suggested.
