Abstract
Обґрунтована потреба в ефективному соціальному розвитку енергогенеруючих
підприємств, від якого залежить продуктивність праці персоналу, позитивний імідж у суспільстві, їх ринкова вартість. На основі статистичної інформації енергогенеруючих підприємств здійснено огляд рівнів соціального розвитку, встановлено, що базовий і корпоративний рівні соціального розвитку добре розвинені, однак не достатньо уваги приділяється вищому рівню соціального розвитку, який у своїх масштабах стосується
суспільних проблем і покликаний відстоювати інтереси територіальної громади. До того ж
при забезпеченні участі енергогенеруючих підприємств у розвитку територіальних одиниць
присутності постає проблема обмеженого фінансування соціальних проектів з боку
енергогенеруючих підприємств, бо, як видно із практики діяльності соціальний розвиток має дотаційний характер. Особливої уваги потребує проблема забезпечення взаємодії зацікавлених сторін у здійсненні соціального розвитку, налагодженні ефективних комунікацій між ними і встановленні зворотних зв’язків. Запропонована модель, яка покликана консолідувати зусилля усіх зацікавлених сторін, забезпечити сприяння соціальному розвитку місцевих громад, територіальних одиниць присутності енергогенеруючих підприємств.
Обґрунтована необхідність участі енергогенеруючих підприємств у здійсненні соціального розвитку територіальних одиниць присутності. Висвітлено результат розвитку енергогенеруючих підприємств від можливої реалізації на практиці пропонованої моделі. The present article reveals the evaluation of the levels of social development based on statistical information of energy generating enterprises. It is discovered, that social development of energy generating enterprises carries grant character. However the effective social development influences the
personnel labour productivity which effects the economic indices of activity of energy generating enterprises, and also the positive image in society. On the basis of estimation it is set that base and
corporate levels of social development are well developed, however not enough attention is paid to the higher level of social development, which in its scales goes beyond the borders of an enterprise, and is
called to defend the interests of territorial society. Along with it while providing of participation of
energy generating enterprises in development of territorial units of presence, the problem of the limited
financing of social projects appears from the side of energy generating enterprises. The special attention
is required by the problem of providing of cooperation of parties concerned in social development, adjusting of effective communications between them and establishing reverse connections. As a result of
research the offered model called to consolidate efforts of all parties concerned, to provide an assistance
to social development of local communities, territorial units of presence of energy generating enterprises. The necessity of participation of energy generating enterprises is reasoned for realization of
social development of territorial units of presence. The result of development of energy generating enterprises from the possible realization of the offered model applied in practice is reflected.
