Abstract
This chapter is devoted to the evolution of Ludwik Ehrlich's teachings on international law. It is shown how his ideas developed from 1924 ("The Current Moment in the Development of International Law") to the last edition of his authoritative textbook in 1958. The following questions are considered: (1) the revealing of the "golden age" of international law and its significance for the Polish state; (2) expansion of the range of subjects of international law; (3) integration of international legal norms into national legal systems; (4) systematization of sources in the Statute of the PCIJ, including court decisions; (5) the impact of the "14 points" program on the formation of modern international law; (6) "cross-currents" as inevitable; (7) the unique importance of the League of Nations; (8) the relationship between international law and the development of society, as well as scientific and technical progress. The materials of the chapter will be valuable for those interested in the figure of Ehrlich and his conception of international law. Розділ присвячений еволюції міжнародно-правового вчення Людвіка Ерліха. Показано, як його ідеї розвивались від праці «Поточний момент у розвитку міжнародного права» 1924 р. до останнього видання авторитетного підручника 1958 р. Розглядаються наступні питання: (1) визначення «золотої доби» міжнародного права та її значення для Польської держави; (2) розширення кола суб’єктів міжнародного права; (3) інтеграція міжнародно-правових норм до національних правових систем; (4) систематизація джерел у Статуті ППМП, в тому числі судових рішень; (5) вплив програми «14 пунктів» на формування сучасного міжнародного права; (6) «протилежні течії» як неминучість; (7) унікальне значення Ліги Націй; (8) взаємозв’язок міжнародного права та розвитку суспільства, а також НТП. Матеріали розділу стануть цінними для всіх, хто цікавиться постаттю Л. Ерліха та його концепцією міжнародного права.
