    The success of important nationwide projects as Integrated Cadastre System will depend on the creation base metadata. This study focuses the method evaluation of spartial data quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, relevance and consistency. The research work refered to bases of local geoinformation system in Cracow. Data bases attributes was evaluated: land cadastre - parcels register, buildings register, digital base map, digital cadastral map, spatial registration of utility infrastructure and horizontal control. The geoinformatic databases evaluated by statistical estimators: mean value, coefficient of variation, mean value of absolute, coefficient of mean variation. This statistical estimators shows differences between bases of local geoinformation system in Cracow.

    С целью строительства геоинформационных систем исполняющих ставящиеся перед ними формально - юридические требования. Представлены подробные принципы и методология оценки качества пространственных данных. Одной из основных баз данных местной системы является кадастр недвижимости. В работе представлены предложения описания качества данных кадастровой системы соответствующей директивам нормы PN-EN-ISO 19113. In the destination of construction geoinformatics systems meeting requirements put before them is necessary elaboration detailed principles of the assessment methodology of spatial data quality. The cadastre of the real estate is one of basic databases of the local system. This study focuses proposial the description of the quality cadastre data in accordance with guidelines of the norm PN-EN-ISO 19113.
