    In this paper the developed software for text document check in order to find formatting discrepancies is described. Check for correct formatting for different types of reports usually requires a lot of time and costs, and gives no guarantee for finding and fixing all non-compliances by one review. Therefore, there is a need for automatization of this process as in the field of automated document check there is no appropriate software for this problem solution.
