    Within the limits of the network paradigm, the possibilities of investigation of complicated social and economic systems that exist in the society have been analyzed. The characteristics of networks are examined, taking into consideration stability, effects of dissemination of information, static qualities of systems, considering the typology of these networks. On the basis of the health resort "Truskavets" the correlational and recurrent methods of transformation of time succession in the network in the period of 2000-2015 are realized, the model for researching the dynamics of quarterly incomes and investments in this period is suggested. It is shown, that this social and economic system is effected by the state of investment in the region. The expediency of introduction and usage of the network approach is proved, which provides the opportunity of the development of new spectrum of network measure of complexity using cloud technologies is proved in the studying of system dynamics.
