Визначено існуючі проблеми цієї галузі, на вирішення яких спрямовуватимуться подальші зусилля автора. The research is dedicated to the analysis of software quality assessment field, the construction of formal model of software quality, and the analysis of the software quality characteristics and indexes. During the research the current problems of this field were identified. In their decision further efforts of author will be directed.
