    Обґрунтовується потреба оперативного перезавантаження свідомості людства з природокористувачів (орендаторів) у найбільш відповідальних членів Природи у всьому Всесвіті і на своїй планеті для забезпечення прогресивної еволюції Біосфери у Ноосферу. Формулюється елементи нової кількісної моделі Природи та її просторово-часового розвитку. Підкреслена потреба і проблеми оперативної розробки інтегральних наук. The article has underlined the need to provide prompt restart of consciousness of humanity with users of Nature (leasees) in the most responsible members of nature throughout the Universe and the Earth to ensure the progressive evolution of the Biosphere in the Noosphere. The elements of a new quantitative model of nature and its spatiotemporal development are formulated. The need and problems of urgent development of integrated sciences are underlined.
