The designed building is a necessary element in the wastewater treatment complex. The building has an external fire escape, which also provides access to the flat roof. Separate stairs are installed to move from one part of the building to another. Internal drainage is organized. The height of the building is 11.4 m. This building consists of three structural parts divided by purpose: a one-story production part, a two-story administrative and a metal gallery for an elevator. All external walls are made of wall panels along the entire height of the building. Administrative premises and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The sheet also shows a typical design of the sidewalk and roadway, which will occupy a significant area after construction is completed. Production part with a full reinforced concrete frame measuring 24x12 m, height 9.1 m. The supporting structures are prefabricated reinforced concrete columns measuring 300x300 mm. Prefabricated reinforced concrete gable beams measuring 12 m long are arranged on them. The covering structure is prefabricated ribbed slabs measuring 1.5x6 m. The administrative part, measuring 24x12 m. consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns measuring 300x300, between which crossbars in the form of an inverted brand 6 m long are installed. The floor structure is made of round hollow core slabs measuring 6x1.5 m. The roof structure is similar. The floor height is 3x3 m. Sheet 3 shows the structures: foundations. All foundation structures are made of prefabricated elements, according to the series. Formwork drawings are given on the sheet. Foundations for the column are of the cup type, with a base size of 2.1 m and a foundation depth of 1 m. Foundation beams are laid under the wall panels, which rest on the column foundations. For the industrial part, prefabricated foundations of the same foundation depth with a base size of 3x3 m. Foundations from prefabricated blocks of the FBS 12.4.6 and FBS 12.4.3 type are provided for partitions. The calculation of the prefabricated reinforced concrete staircase was carried out to ensure reliable passage of people and the transfer of necessary loads. Therefore, for the staircase, diameter 18 A400S was used as working reinforcement and diameter 10A400S as compressed reinforcement. Concrete for staircases class C25/30. The technological map has been developed for the installation of prefabricated elements of the structure frame - reinforced concrete floor slabs and covering. For this purpose, a crane is used that is available at the factory and meets the required parameters, namely the pneumatic wheel crane KS-55721. The construction budget plan provides for the construction of a building with a layout of structures on storage sites. All loading operations are carried out by a pneumatic wheeled crane and with auxiliary loading devices for temporary storage. The construction site is located on the outskirts of the industrial zone and does not create inconveniences to adjacent structures. After completion of the work, part of it is landscaped and the other is paved with asphalt concrete. The duration of construction is 100 days. The average number of workers is 26.5 people. One person is not at the construction site because there is a security guard, a foreman and a foreman (or foreman) available.
