    Modelowanie charakterystyk przetwornicy buck z monolity cznym regulatorem LT1073 w programie SPICE

    In the paper a new electrothermal model of LT1073 pulse regulator is presented and tested. This model has been implemented in SPICE and SwitcherCAD tools. The BUCK dc-dc chopper comprising LT1073 has been investigated. The results of measurements as well as simulations by SPICE and SwitcherCAD are presented and compared.

    Modelowanie wplywu temperatury na charakterystyki bramki TTL w programie SPICE

    In this paper the problem of TTL gates modelling in SPICE is considered. Some disadvantages of the built-in gate model is discussed and a new model of TTL inverter is proposed. In the new model the influence of the supply voltage and temperature on the characteristics and parameter values of TTL gate is taken into account. The theoretical considerations are illustrated by calculations and measurements.
