Описано алгоритм, який дає змогу визначати власну і взаємну індуктивність для систем з взасмнопаралельними провідними доріжками необмеженої довжини. Проведено аналіз ефективності алгоритму для вибраної системи доріжок за допомогою тестового імпульсу струму Сержа. These investigations are useful to design the optoelectronic sensors of harmful gases.Item Investigation of photoluminescence and electrical properties of 3,6-di(9-carbazolyl)-9-(2-ethylhexyl)carbazole(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Hotra, Zenon; Stakhira, Pavlo; Volyniuk, Dmytro; Cherpak, Vladyslav; Simokaitiene, Jurate; Tomkeviciene, Ausra; Grazulevicius, Juozas; Kremer, IrynaIn this paper the photoluminescence of organic semiconductor 3,6-di(9- carbazolyl)-9-(2-ethylhexyl) (TCz1) film and electrical properties of the device on it base are investigated. In the photoluminescence spectrum of TCz1 films at excitation of 320 and 350 nm the new red shifted band appeared which was not observed with the excitation wavelength of 270 nm. An analysis of frequency dependences of the impedance showed that the device ITO/CuI/TCz1/Al can be simulated by an equivalent circuit consisting of two series RC elements representing the organic film bulk and space charge region.Item Micro- and nano- techniques of controlling microhardness of photopolymer composite materials for use in stomatology(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Hotra, Zenon; Makeev, Valentyn; Mykyevych, NataliyaMethods of investigation into microhardness of photopolymer composite materials used in stomatology are considered. In order to decrease it the combustion process itself has been modified, however at cost of side effects like: increased level of unburned coal particles in the ashes. There are tens of burners in a single power boiler and emission level measurements are made in flue gas duct, so the control based on such averaged and heavily delayed values often results ineffective. The neural controller of the pulverised coal burner attempts to resolve these problems. The clue is utilisation of fibre-optic system for monitoring of chosen zone of flame developed in Department of Electronics of Technical University of Lublin in subordinate control loop. The article contains description of controlled system and optical fibre measurement system as well as the idea and simulations of new control method.Item Structural and optical properties of copper iodide thin films for their application in organic electronic devices(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Hotra, Zenon; Voznyak, Lesya; Kostiv, Natalya; Volunyuk, Dmytro Volunyuk; Pakhomov, Georgiy; Łuka, Grzegorz; Witkowski, Bartłomiej; Wachnicki, ŁukaszStructural and optical properties of vacuum deposited copper iodide (CuI) thin films were investigated. From the XRD pattern it was found that CuI film exhibit polycrystalline cubic γ-phase with a preferential orientation along (111) plane. The first method is based on the equivalent electrical model of heat transfer. Simulations have been made using PSPICE program. The basis of the second one is solving the heat equation through integral transforms. Calculations were made on example thick-film laser power detector.
