    Effectiveness evaluation of modified block ciphers using standardized NIST statistical tests

    This research work proposes peculiarities of construction of modified block ciphers on the basis of inclusion of masking symbols. The analysis of effectiveness of the proposed block ciphers using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST USA) statistical tests is done. Increasing of block ciphers’ effectiveness is described.

    Efficiency evaluating of the security components of computer systems

    This research work proposes a general theoretical model of efficiency evaluating of the security components of computer systems. Efficiency complexity is overviewed and various components of efficiency evaluation are defined and there dimensions are derived.
