    The issue of raising the region's potential economic efficiency is a highly relevant issue nowadays, since the acceleration of socio-economic development to a large extent is generally determined by an effective use of the economic potential of the regions, which is a crucial factor of development. One of the most significant role in this question is played by Chambers of Commerce system as important centers of business activity that have now become an effective means of mutual cooperation in the overall global economy.
