Item Electronic excitation mediated structuring of semiconducting oxides(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2012) Museur, L.; Anglos, D.; Kanaev, A.Strong modifications of semiconducting oxides can be provoked by high-density electronic excitation above the Mott density. This regime corresponds to the manifestation of electron-hole plasma continuum. The reduction of refractive index with the increase of UV irradiation dose was observed. The TiO2 nanoparticles concentration strongly affects the nonlinear optical response of the composite system.
