Item Dispersion cooligomerisation of mixture of C9 fraction unsaturated hydrocarbons(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2015) Orobchuk, Oksana; Fuch, Ulyana; Subtelnyy, Roman; Dzinyak, Bohdan; Lviv Polytechnic National UniversityImproving the technology for producing cooligomers (syntheticlow molecular petroleum resins), which are obtained from chaep petrochemical raw materials – hydrocarbon fractions of liquid by-products of pyrolysis (LBPP) or cracking of oil, refining products or gas was discussed in the paper. The imperfections of industrial methods of initiated oligomerization are high reaction temperature , high reaction time, complexity of the selection of target products, high enough color. З метою усунення недоліків, властивих виробничим процесам, запропоновано проводити процес дисперсійної коолігомеризації To eliminate the shortcomings inherent in the production process to carry out the process of dispersion oligomerization is proposed. A technological two-stages scheme of process of cooligomers obtaining by dispersion methods with next solution cooligomerization of unreacted hydrocarbons of C9 fraction has been designed. Results are of practical interest in refining by-products of pyrolysis of diesel fuel.Item Emulsion Сo-oligomerization of hydrocarbon fraction C9 with the polyvinylchloride production waste as a dispersion medium(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2017-12-23) Orobchuk, Oksana; Pidsadiuk, Mykhailo; Subtelnyi, Roman; Dzinyak, Bohdan; Fuch, Yliana; Lviv Polytechnic National University; Fuchs Mastyla Ukraina LLC, UKRAINE, LvivThe main raw materials for сo-oligomers synthesis are waste and by-products of ethylene production, first of all ‒ a liquid pyrolysis products which contain aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. The main part of these products is C9 fraction. Emulsion co-oligomerization of hydrocarbon fraction C9 allows for the maximum degree of processing liquid pyrolysis by-products, improve ecological production of ethylene, lower power inputs on the stage of the synthesis and release of co-oligomers compared to existing methods. The process of emulsion co-oligomerization with "emulsion water" (by-product of the suspension polyvinylchloride production) as a dispersion medium – have been investigated.Item Synthesis, porous structure and catalytic properties of mixed vanadium-titanium phosphates in aldol condensation reaction of acetic acid with formaldehyde(Lviv Polytechnic Publishing House, 2016) Nebesnyi, Roman; Shpyrka, Iryna; Sydorchuk, Volodymyr; Khalameida, Svitlana; Khalameida, Svitlana; Ivasiv, Volodymyr; Orobchuk, Oksana; Zavalii, Kateryna; Lapychak, Nazariy; Lviv Polytechnic National University; Institute for Sorption and Problems of Endoecology of NAS of UkraineMixed vanadium-titanium phosphates as well as individual vanadium and titanium phosphates were prepared via precipitation from sulfate aqueous solutions. Co-precipitated phosphates were modified through mechanochemical treatment (MChT) and characterized using the adsorption-structural methods. The aldol condensation of acetic acid with formaldehyde to acrylic acid has been used as a test reaction. Reduction of optimum reaction temperature from 623 K to 573 K on the treated catalysts is observed.Item The effect of the dispersion medium nature on the suspensive cooligomerization process of C9 fraction(Видавництво Львівської політехніки, 2013) Orobchuk, Oksana; Romankiv, Iryna; Polishchuk, Bohdan; Subtelnyy, RomanProcessing by-products of ethylene production – liquid pyrolysis products is actual problem nowadays. Industrial methods of initiated cooligomerization of unsaturated hydrocarbon fraction C9 have several disadvantages such as high temperature, duration of reaction, high performance color of oligomer. To eliminate the difficulties carrying out of the process of cooligomerization in suspension is proposed to use precipitant as a dispersion medium for cooligomerization with components [fraction C9] [dispersion medium] is suggested. A number of precipitants is as the dispersion medium ethanol, hexane and water is selected. Influence of dispersion medium on the processs is investigated. The dependence of the yield and chemical characteristics of oligomer from nature of precipitant is shown. The optimal correlation of the components of the suspension is defined.
