Abstract
У статті досліджено місце України в руслі сучасних світових тенденцій інвестування НДДКР,
використовуючи дані експертів журналу «R&D Magazine», аналітиків незалежної міжнародної
організації у сфері НДДКР «Battelle» та Міждержавного статистичного комітету СНД. В результаті проведеного дослідження встановлено, що перехід України та інших країн світу на інноваційну модель розвитку розглядається як важливий шлях підвищення конкурентоспроможності економіки; прискорення інноваційних процесів у країнах незалежно від рівня їх розвитку пов’язано з
потужною інноваційною підтримкою держави, що ґрунтується на зростанні інвестицій в НДДКР і
різного роду податкових та інших пільгах; динаміка інвестицій в НДДКР відображує активність
окремих країн і регіонів у світовому інноваційному процесі. The article deals with Ukraine’s place in the modern global tendencies of R&D investing using the data provided by the experts of journal “R&D Magazine”, analysts of the independent international R&D specialized organization “Battelle” and Interstate Statistical Committee of the CIS. As a result of the research, the author concludes that the transition of Ukraine and other countries to the innovative develop ment model is considered as an important way to raise economic competitiveness; speeding up the innovations, independently of the country’s development level, involves an intensive government innovative support based on the increase in R&D investing and various tax and other privileges; while the dynamics of R&D investing reflects the activities of corresponding countries and regions in the global innovative process.
