Реконструкція котельні АТ Галичфарм шляхом впровадження твердопаливних котлів

Abstract

Бакалаврська кваліфікаційна робота складається з 64 сторінок пояснювальної записки та 4 аркушів графічної частини, виконаної в програмі «AutoCad», яка наведена у вигляді презентації. Об’єктом дослідження є система теплопостачання АТ «Галичфарм» на базі газової котельні з паровими котлами типу Е-8,0-1,4Р. Предметом дослідження є технічні, екологічні та економічні умови реконструкції котельні для переходу на тверде біопаливо. Метою бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи є техніко-економічне обґрунтування реконструкції існуючої котельні АТ "Галичфарм" шляхом заміни існуючих газових котлів на сучасні котли, що працюють на біомасі, зокрема на котел типу Е-8,0-1,4Р, та аналіз можливості його ефективного впровадження на цьому підприємстві. У бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі виконано огляд поточного стану системи теплопостачання АТ "Галичфарм", розглянуто основні характеристики існуючого котельного обладнання та проблеми його експлуатації. Проаналізовано сучасні технології спалювання твердого палива (біомаси) та типи котлоагрегатів. Наведено загальну характеристику та конструктивні особливості обраного для заміни парового котла Е-8,0-1,4Р, виконаний аналіз його технічних параметрів та обґрунтовано вибір типу біомаси для його роботи. Розроблено проектні рішення щодо впровадження нового котла, включаючи вибір допоміжного обладнання (систем паливоподачі, золовидалення, очищення димових газів, ХВО. Зроблено розрахунок теплових параметрів та очікуваної ефективності роботи нового котлоагрегату. Виконано техніко-економічне обґрунтування впровадження котла Е-8,0-1,4Р на АТ "Галичфарм", включаючи розрахунок капітальних та експлуатаційних витрат, а також основних показників економічної ефективності. Розглянуто також заходи з охорони праці при

експлуатації твердопаливної котельні та оцінено вплив проєкту на навколишнє середовище.АТ "Галичфарм", теплопостачання, економічна ефективність.

The Bachelor's qualification thesis consists of 64 pages of the explanatory note and 4 sheets of the graphical part of A1 format, performed in the "AutoCAD" software in the form of presentation. The object of the study is the heat supply system of JSC “Halychpharm” based on a gas boiler house with steam boilers of type E-8.0-1.4P. The subject of the study is the technical, environmental and economic conditions for the reconstruction of the boiler house for the transition to solid biofuels. The aim of the Bachelor's qualification thesis is the techno-economic justification for the reconstruction of the existing boiler house of "Halychpharm" JSC by replacing the existing gas boilers with modern steam boilers operating on biomass, in particular, the boiler E-8.0-1.4P, and the analysis of the possibility of its effective implementation at this enterprise. In the Bachelor's qualification thesis, an overview of the current state of the heat supply system of "Halychpharm" JSC was performed, the main characteristics of the existing boiler equipment and the problems of its operation were considered. Modern technologies for solid fuel (biomass) combustion and types of boiler units were analyzed. The general characteristics and design features of the selected steam boiler E (KE)-8.0-1.4P for replacement were provided, an analysis of its technical parameters was performed, and the choice of biomass type for its operation was justified. Design solutions for the implementation of the new boiler were developed, including the selection of auxiliary equipment (fuel supply, ash removal, flue gas cleaning, water treatment systems). The calculation of thermal parameters and the expected operational efficiency of the new boiler unit was made. A techno-economic justification for the implementation of the E-8.0-1.4P at "Halychpharm" JSC was performed, including the calculation of capital and operating costs, as well as key economic efficiency

indicators. Labor protection measures during the operation of the solid fuel boiler house were also considered, and the project's environmental impact was assessed.
