Проєкт готельно-рекреаційного об’єкту в маєтковому комплексі в с. Волове, Львівської обл.

Abstract

Проєкт присвячений реконструкції трьох історичних стодол, розташованих на території колишнього панського маєтку у селі Волове, Львівської області. Архітектурна ідея полягає не у створенні нового об'єкта, а в делікатному вписанні сучасних функцій у вже існуючу тканину місця. Зовнішній об’єм будівель, їхнє розташування та характер несучих конструкцій збережено; втручання обмежене введенням прозорих сполучних елементів — скляного переходу, що формує маршрутну логіку комплексу. Комплекс включає 18 готельних номерів, відкриті спортивні зони, прогулянкові стежки, багатофункційний амфітеатр та окрему будівлю ресторану. Усі елементи організовано як єдину систему, що працює не як набір окремих об’єктів, а як цілісний простір. Архітектура не ізолює людину від пейзажу, а, навпаки, підкреслює природність, ландшафт і маршрут — і все це відбувається без демонстративних акцентів, без змагання старого і нового. Проєкт орієнтований на поціновувачів тихого відпочинку, цифрових кочівників, активних гостей та місцеву громаду. Його цінність — у простому, але чесному рішенні: не знищити, не замінити, не перекроїти — а продовжити те, що вже має сенсThis project focuses on the renovation of three historic barns located on the site of a former manor estate in the village of Volove, Lviv region. The architectural idea is not to create something new, but to carefully integrate modern functions into the existing spatial fabric. The external volumes, arrangement, and structural character of the buildings are preserved; the only intervention is the introduction of transparent connecting elements — a glass passage that forms a continuous circulation route through the complex. The site includes 18 hotel units, open-air sports zones, walking paths, a multifunctional amphitheater, and a separate restaurant building. All elements are organized as a single system that functions not as a collection of standalone objects, but as a coherent environment. Architecture here does not isolate a person from the landscape — on the contrary, it highlights natural context, terrain, and movement, without visual dominance or contrast between the old and the new. The project is designed for guests seeking peace, digital nomads, active visitors, and the local community. Its value lies in a simple yet honest approach: not to erase, not to replace, not to reinvent — but to thoughtfully continue what already makes sense.
