Автоматизація інженерних систем басейну дошкільного закладу освіти

Abstract

Бакалаврська кваліфікаційна робота містить 117 сторінок пояснювальної записки, 4 графічні плакати А1, 62 рисунки, 12 таблиць, 20 використаних джерел згідно з переліком посилань. Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці автоматизованої системи управління теплопостачанням басейну дошкільного навчального закладу. Об’єкт дослідження – інженерні системи теплопостачання басейну дошкільного закладу освіти. Предмет дослідження – автоматизоване керування процесом теплопостачання басейну дошкільного закладу освіти. Під час вирішення поставлених у кваліфікаційній роботі завдань отримано такі результати: проаналізовано та описано технологічний процес, розглянуто фактори, які впливають на перебіг цього процесу, визначено номінальні значення параметрів технологічного процесу та їх допустимі відхилення, а також проведено аналіз взаємозв'язків між цими параметрами. Підібрано технічні засоби автоматизації для реалізації системи автоматизації, складено специфікацію необхідних технічних засобів автоматизації, проведено конфігурацію програмованого логічного контролера (ПЛК). Розроблено функціональну схему автоматизації інженерних систем теплопостачання басейну дошкільного закладу освіти. Складено алгоритми та програму функціонування ПЛК для кожного контуру технологічного процесу, розроблено принципові електричні схеми з’єднань засобів автоматизації. Проведено моделювання контуру регулювання температури теплоносія в системі опалення басейну,

отримано модель системи опалення та оптимальні параметри налаштування ПІД- регулятора. Проведено аналіз та запропоновано заходи з безпеки праці при

експлуатації системи автоматизації інженерних систем теплопостачання басейну дошкільного закладу освіти. Обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження

розробленої системи автоматизації та розраховано основні економічні показники даної системи.

The bachelor's qualification work contains 117 pages of explanatory notes, 4 graphic posters A1, 32 figures, 6 tables, 16 sources used according to the list of references. The qualification work is devoted to the development of an automated heat supply control system for a preschool educational institution pool. The object of the study is engineering heat supply systems for a preschool educational institution pool. The subject of the study is automated control of the heat supply process for a preschool educational institution pool. When solving the tasks set in the qualification work, the following results were obtained: the technological process was analyzed and described, the factors that influence the course of this process were considered, the nominal values of the technological process parameters and their permissible deviations were determined, and the relationship between these parameters was analyzed. The technical means of automation were selected for the implementation of the automation system, the specification of the necessary technical means of automation was drawn up, the configuration of the programmable logic controller (PLC) was carried out. The functional scheme of automation of engineering systems of heat supply of the swimming pool of a preschool educational institution was developed. Algorithms and a program of PLC operation were drawn up for each circuit of the technological process, the basic electrical diagrams of the connections of the automation means were developed. The contour of the coolant temperature control in the swimming pool heating system was modeled, a model of the heating system and optimal parameters for setting the PID controller were obtained. An analysis was carried out and occupational safety measures were proposed during the operation of the automation system of engineering systems of heat supply of the swimming pool of a preschool educational

institution. The feasibility of implementing the developed automation system was substantiated and the main economic indicators of this system were calculated.
