Міжнародне співробітництво міської ради Долини: інформаційно-комунікативні аспекти (2020–2024)

Abstract

Суть бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у дослідженні діяльності міської ради м. Долини, інформаційно- комунікативних аспектів управління зовнішніх зв’язків та місцевого розвитку Долинської міської ради, сучасний стан міжнародного співробітництва міської ради м. Долини, також впровадження європейського досліду у процес інформаційно-комунікативної діяльності. В першому розділі висвітлено теоретико-методологічні основи дослідження, включаючи нормативно-правові основи державної інформаційно-комунікативної політики в Україні, понятійно-категорійний апарат проблеми та роль комунікації у побудові довіри до органів місцевого самоврядування. Другий розділ презентує аналіз інформаційно-комунікативних аспектів міжнародного співробітництва міської ради м. Долини, де було ретельно проаналізовано діяльність міської ради, характеристику інформаційно-комунікативних аспектів управління зовнішніх зв’язків та місцевого розвитку, а також виявлено сучасний стан міжнародного співробітництва міської ради. У третьому розділі запропоновано шляхи впровадження європейського досвіду у процес вдосконалення механізмів інформаційно-комунікативної діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування, що є актуальною та перспективною задачею.

The essence of the bachelor's qualification work is to study the activities of the Dolyna City Council, information and communication aspects of the Department of External Relations and Local Development of the Dolyna City Council, the current state of international cooperation of the Dolyna City Council, as well as the introduction of European experience in the process of information and communication activities. The first section highlights the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study, including the regulatory framework of the state information and communication policy in Ukraine, the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the problem and the role of communication in building trust in local governments. The second section presents an analysis of the information and communication aspects of international cooperation of the Dolyna City Council, where the activities of the city council were thoroughly analyzed, the information and communication aspects of the department of external relations and local development were characterized, and the current state of international cooperation of the city council was identified. The third section suggests ways to implement the European experience in the process of improving the mechanisms of information and communication activities of local governments, which is an urgent and promising task.
