Розроблення процесу виготовлення труб з поліетилену на базі ТзОВ «Ельпласт»

Abstract

В бакалаврській кваліфікаційній роботі розроблено технологічний процес виготовлення виробу «Труба» методом екструзії. Проведено огляд літературних джерел об’єктом якого є інноваційні технології екструзії труб з поліетилену. Згідно умов експлуатації вибрано матеріал для виготовлення типового виробу – поліетилен всокої густини ПЕ-80. Обгрунтовано вибір методу виготовлення виробу «Труба» – метод екструзії. Спроектована технологічна схема виготовлення труб з поліетилену методом екструзії обгрунтовані основні технологічні параметри переробки та розроблена технологічна карта процесу. Здійснені матеріальні розрахунки виробництва на основі заданої продуктивності. Для виготовлення труб з поліетилену вибрано основне технологічне обладнання – екструдер TTYE 90 фірми "Teknomatik Muhendislik", а також допоміжне обладнання, необхідне для забезпечення проведення процесу переробки. Розраховані основні техніко-економічні показники проектованого виробництва. В розділі „Охорона праці” звернена увага на небезпечні моменти виробництва, які потребують додаткової уваги. Робота складається зі вступу, 6 розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури (містить 37 найменуваня). In the bachelor's qualification work, the technological process of manufacturing the "Pipe" product by the extrusion method was designed. A review of literary 6 sources was conducted, the object of which is innovative technologies of polyethylene pipe extrusion. According to the operating conditions, the material for the production of a typical product was selected - PE-80 high-density polyethylene. The choice of the manufacturing method of the "Pipe" product is justified - the extrusion method. A technological scheme for the production of polyethylene pipes by the extrusion method was designed, the main technological parameters of the processing were substantiated, and a technological map of the process was developed. Material production calculations were made based on the given productivity. For the production of polyethylene pipes, the main technological equipment was selected -the TTYE 90 extruder of the "Teknomatik Muhendislik" company, as well as the auxiliary equipment necessary to ensure the processing process. The main technical and economic indicators of the planned production are calculated. In the "Occupational safety" section, attention is drawn to dangerous moments of production that require additional attention. The work consists of an introduction, 6 chapters, conclusions, a list of used literature (contains 37 titles). The main content of the work is laid out on 113 pages of printed text, contains 30 figures and 24 tables. Key words: pipe, extrusion, polyethylene, polyolefins, plastics processing.
