Abstract

В роботі проведено огляд передових технологій щодо коробок перемикання передач, які використовуються у сучасних автомобілях. Наведено призначення та особливості різних конструкцій коробок передач автомобілів. описано будову та принцип роботи найбільш поширених конструкцій. У другому розділі виконано аналіз виробничо-технічної бази підприємства практики. Обґрунтовано можливість створення нового відділення. Наведено основні несправності найбільш поширених видів коробок перемикання передач та наслідки їх виникнення. Представлено заходи з організування відділення поточного ремонту коробок передач легкових автомобілів. підібрано необхідне технологічне обладнання та виконано розміщення його у виробничому приміщенні. Наведено схему технологічного процесу ремонту коробок передач у відділенні, яку подано у графічній частині. План відділення з розстановкою обладнання представлено у графічній частині. Виконано розрахунок персоналу та виробничих площ, які необхідні для виконання робіт. В третьому розділі розроблено пристосування для розбирання коробок перемикання передач легкових автомобілів. описано будову та призначення пристосування. Основні деталі пристосування розраховано на міцність. В графічній частині роботи наведено складальне креслення пристосування та робочі креслення деталей. У розділі з охорони праці наведено заходи із охорони праці та безпечної роботи у відділенні. Описано основні небезпеки, що виникають під час виконання робіт з поточного ремонту коробок передач у відділенні. Наведено загальні вимоги до пожежної безпеки на підприємстві. В економічній частині розраховано економічний ефект від організації відділення поточного ремонту коробок передач. Наведено величну та перелік необхідних капіталовкладень основні витрати на впровадження відділення. Термін окупності впроваджених заходів складає 2,5 роки. Об’єкт дослідження – коробки перемикання передач легкових автомобілів. Предмет дослідження – методи та засоби поточного ремонту коробок перемикання передач легкових автомобілів. Мета дослідження: організація відділення поточного ремонту коробок перемикання передач легкових автомобілів.The paper reviews advanced technologies for gearboxes used in modern cars. The purpose and features of various designs of car gearboxes are given. The structure and principle of operation of the most common designs are described. In the second section, an analysis of the production and technical base of the practice enterprise is performed. The possibility of creating a new department is substantiated. The main malfunctions of the most common types of gearboxes and the consequences of their occurrence are given. Measures for organizing a department for the current repair of passenger car gearboxes are presented. The necessary technological equipment is selected and its placement in the production room is performed. A diagram of the technological process of gearbox repair in the department is presented, which is presented in the graphic part. The plan of the department with the arrangement of equipment is presented in the graphic part. The calculation of personnel and production areas necessary for the work is performed. In the third section, a device for disassembling passenger car gearboxes is developed. The structure and purpose of the device are described. The main details of the device are designed for strength. The graphic part of the work provides an assembly drawing of the device and working drawings of parts. The section on labour protection provides measures for labour protection and safe work in the department. The main hazards that arise during the performance of work on the current repair of gearboxes in the department are described. General requirements for fire safety at the enterprise are given. The economic part calculates the economic effect of organizing a department for the current repair of gearboxes. The magnitude and list of necessary capital investments are given, the main costs for the implementation of the department. The payback period of the implemented measures is 2.5 years. The object of research is the gearboxes of passenger cars. The subject of research is the methods and means of the current repair of gearboxes of passenger cars.
