Розробка та реалізація стратегії розвитку навчального закладу (на прикладі Одеського ліцею № 85 Одеської міської ради)

Abstract

В контексті сучасних викликів управління навчальними закладами, ця дипломна робота присвячена розробці та реалізації стратегії розвитку на прикладі Одеського ліцею 85 Одеської міської ради. Досліджено теоретикоприкладні засади обгрунтування рекомендацій стратегії розвитку товариства та проведено аналіз діяльності цього навчального закладу з урахуванням його контекстуального середовища.Цим і обумовлюється актуальність тематики бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи. Об’єкт дослідження – Одеський ліцей № 85 Одеської міської ради Предметом дослідження бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретикопрактичні аспекти стратегії розвитку цього навчального закладу . Метою бакалаврської кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретично-прикладних засад щодо рекомендацій стратегії розвитку Одеського ліцею № 85 Одеської міської ради . У першому розділі було ретельно досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади стратегічного розвитку організації, зокрема визначено сутність поняття "стратегічний розвиток організації" та проаналізовано нормативноправове забезпечення діяльності навчальних закладів в Україні. Ці засади стали фундаментом для подальшого дослідження. У другому розділі був проведений детальний аналіз основної діяльності Одеського ліцею № 85 Одеської міської ради, включаючи загальну характеристику ліцею, аналіз його виробничо-господарської діяльності та фінансового стану. Цей аналіз дозволив виявити ключові аспекти та потенціал для подальшого стратегічного розвитку закладу. У третьому розділі були розглянуті проблеми та виклики у процесі розробки стратегії розвитку ліцею в умовах воєнного стану. Формування стратегічних напрямків розвитку та визначення основних етапів для забезпечення стратегічного розвитку стали фокусом уваги в даному розділі. На основі отриманих результатів можна зробити висновок, що стратегічне управління розвитком освітніх закладів є складним та важливим процесом, що вимагає глибокого аналізу, чіткого планування та ефективного впровадження. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для подальшого вдосконалення стратегічного управління в Одеському ліцеї № 85 та інших навчальних закладах.моделі стратегічного управління, , управління ризиками, навчальний заклад.

In the context of modern challenges of managing educational institutions, this thesis is devoted to the development and implementation of a development strategy based on the example of Odesa Lyceum 85 of the Odesa City Council. The theoretical and applied principles of the justification of the recommendations of the company's development strategy were studied and the activity of this educational institution was analyzed taking into account its contextual environment. This determines the relevance of the subject of the bachelor's qualification work. The object of the study is Odesa Lyceum No. 85 of the Odesa City Council. The subject of the bachelor's qualification thesis is the theoretical and practical aspects of the development strategy of this educational institution. The purpose of the bachelor's qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical and applied principles regarding the recommendations of the development strategy of Odesa Lyceum No. 85 of the Odesa City Council. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the strategic development of the organization were carefully studied, in particular, the essence of the concept of "strategic development of the organization" was defined and the regulatory and legal support for the activity of educational institutions in Ukraine was analyzed. These foundations became the foundation for further research. In the second chapter, a detailed analysis of the main activities of Odesa Lyceum No. 85 of the Odesa City Council was carried out, including the general characteristics of the lyceum, analysis of its production and economic activity and financial status. This analysis made it possible to identify key aspects and potential for further strategic development of the institution. In the third chapter, the problems and challenges in the process of developing a strategy for the development of the lyceum in the conditions of martial law were considered. The formation of strategic directions of development and the determination of the main stages for ensuring strategic development became the focus of attention in this section. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the strategic management of the development of educational institutions is a complex and important process that requires deep analysis, clear planning and effective implementation. The results of the study can be used for further improvement of strategic management in Odesa Lyceum No. 85 and other educational institutions.
