Оцінка відповідності технологічного процесу ТО-3 та поточних ремонтів тепловозів у депо “К” вимогам нормативних документів

Abstract

Метою даної бакалаврської роботи є підвищення надійності тепловозів серій М62 в/і, 2М62 в/і; ЧМЕ3, забезпечення встановленого рівня безпеки руху. Об’єктом дослідження є система ремонту та технічного обслуговування тепловозів серій М62 в/і, 2М62 в/і; ЧМЕ3. Предметом дослідження є технологія технічного обслуговування та ремонту тепловозів серій М62 в/і, 2М62 в/і; ЧМЕ3 в/і в умовах локомотивного депо. В бакалаврській роботі проведено оцінку відповідності технологічних процесів технічного обслуговування ТО-3, поточного ремонту ПР-1, ПР-2, ПР-3 тепловозів серій М62 в/і, 2М62 в/і; технічного обслуговування ТО-3, поточного ремонту ПР-1 тепловозів серій ЧМЕ3 вимогам нормативної документації. Сформовано перелік невідповідностей організації ТО та ПР тепловозів серій серій М62 в/і, 2М62 в/і; ЧМЕ3 нормативним вимогам, запропоновано заходи з усунення невідповідностей шляхом організації ремонтних робіт, удосконалення технології ремонту та впровадження відповідних змін до технологічних процесів. Для досягнення зазначеної мети у роботі проведено аналіз технологічних процесів технічного обслуговування та поточних ремонтів тепловозів, наявного обладнання та персоналу в локомотивному депо. Розглянуто пов’язані питання охорони праці та проведено економічний розрахунок ефективності запропонованих заходів.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to increase the reliability of diesel locomotives of the M62 series, 2M62 series; ChME3, ensuring the established level of traffic safety. The object of the study is the system of repair and maintenance of diesel locomotives of the M62 series, 2M62 series; ChME3. The subject of the study is the technology of maintenance and repair of diesel locomotives of the M62 series, 2M62 series; ChME3 series in the conditions of a locomotive depot. The bachelor's thesis assessed the compliance of the technological processes of maintenance TO-3, current repair PR-1, PR-2, PR-3 of diesel locomotives of the M62 series, 2M62 series; maintenance TO-3, current repair PR-1 of diesel locomotives of the ChME3 series with the requirements of regulatory documentation. A list of inconsistencies in the organization of maintenance and repair of diesel locomotives of the series M62 v/i, 2M62 v/i; ChME3 with regulatory requirements has been formed, measures have been proposed to eliminate inconsistencies by organizing repair work, improving repair technology and implementing relevant changes to technological processes. To achieve this goal, the work has analyzed the technological processes of maintenance and current repairs of diesel locomotives, available equipment and personnel in the locomotive depot. Related issues of labor protection have been considered and an economic calculation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures has been carried out.
