Аналіз відповідності технічних рішень модернізованого тепловоза серії М62 вимогам TSI

Abstract

Метою даної магістерської роботи є підвищення ефективності експлуатації тепловозів серії М62 шляхом їх модернізації Об’єктом дослідження є тепловоз М62 та модернізований тепловоз М62М Предметом дослідження є сукупність технічних рішень, спрямованих на модернізацію тепловозів серії М62. У магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі запропоновано модернізувати існуючий тепловоз, спираючись на модернізовані польські аналоги. Для досягнення цієї мети у роботі проаналізовано: 1. Проаналізовано недоліки та переваги існуючих тепловозів. Встановлено, що за рахунок європейських вимог та норм, тепловози УЗ, не можуть не експлуатуватися в країнах Європи. 2. Розглянуто, модернізований тепловоз ST44 (M62M), який суттєво відрізняється від існуючого за рахунок модернізації за вимогами TSI LOC & PAS. Особливу уваги приділили системам пожежної безпеки та гальм. 3. Проаналізовано різницю в експлуатації двох тепловозів, що дало зрозуміти, що модернізація є ключовим фактором для підвищення безпеки та ефективності тепловозу при експлуатації 4. Розроблено пропозиції щодо впровадження підвищення ефективності експлуатації тепловозів серії М62 шляхом їх модернізації

The aim of this master’s thesis is to increase the efficiency of operation of M62-series diesel locomotives by means of their modernisation. The object of the research is the M62 diesel locomotive and its modernised version, the M62M. The subject of the research is the set of technical solutions aimed at the modernisation of M62-series diesel locomotives. In this master’s qualification thesis it is proposed to modernise the existing locomotive, drawing on the experience of modernised Polish analogues. To achieve this aim, the thesis: 1.Analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the existing locomotives. It is established that, due to European requirements and standards, the locomotives of Ukrainian Railways (UZ) cannot be operated in European countries. 2.Examines the modernised locomotive ST44 (M62M), which differs significantly from the existing one as a result of modernisation in accordance with the TSI LOC&PAS requirements. Particular attention is paid to the fire safety and braking systems. 3.Analyses the differences in the operation of the two locomotives, demonstrating that modernisation is a key factor in improving the safety and efficiency of locomotive operation. 4.Develops proposals for improving the efficiency of operation of M62-series locomotives through their modernisation.
