Оцінювання впливу параметрів рейкової колії на динамічні якості рухомого складу при вписуванні в криву

Abstract

В процесі руху локомотива чи вагона рейковою колією відбувається інтенсивна взаємодія коліс з рейками, внаслідок якої генеруються коливання як рухомого складу, так і будови колії. Наявність коливань може приводити до погіршення динамічних якостей рухомого складу, а при несприятливих умовах – до виникнення аварійних ситуацій. Найвищий рівень виникаючих зусиль спостерігається при русі локомотива криволінійною ділянкою колії. Незважаючи на певні запобіжні заходи щодо конструкції колії в кривій та конструкції візка рухомого складу, сили взаємодії між колесами та рейками можуть досягати надмірних значень, що вимагає обмеження швидкості руху в кривій. Тому важливою задачею є дослідження впливу параметрів рейкової колії на динамічні якості рухомого складу та встановлення необхідних обмежень на швидкість рухомого складу в кривій. Об’єкт дослідження – вантажопасажирський тепловоз М62. Предмет дослідження – динамічні якості тепловоза М62 при вписуванні у криву. Мета дослідження – оцінювання впливу параметрів рейкової колії на динамічні якості тепловоза М62. За результатами цієї бакалаврської роботи виконано такі завдання: - проаналізовано критерії безпеки руху локомотива у кривій; - описано заходи щодо зменшення рівня бічних сил в кривій; - обрано розрахункову схему візка та проведено дослідження впливу радіуса кривої й підвищення зовнішньої рейки на динамічні якості тепловоза М62; 5 - для розглянутого діапазону зміни параметрів колії визначено допустиму величину швидкості тепловоза М62 у кривій.

When a locomotive or wagon moves along a rail track, the wheels interact intensively with the rails, which generates vibrations in both the rolling stock and the track structure. The presence of vibrations can lead to a deterioration in the dynamic qualities of the rolling stock, and under unfavorable conditions, to the occurrence of emergencies. The highest level of forces is observed when a locomotive moves along a curved track section. Despite certain precautions regarding the design of the curve track and the design of the rolling stock bogie, the forces of interaction between wheels and rails can reach excessive values, which requires limiting the speed of movement in the curve. Therefore, an important task is to study the influence of rail track parameters on the dynamic qualities of rolling stock and to set the necessary limits on the speed of rolling stock in a curve. The object of study is the M62 freight and passenger locomotive. The subject of research is the dynamic qualities of the M62 locomotive when fitting into a curve. Purpose of the study - to evaluate the influence of rail gauge parameters on the dynamic qualities of the M62 diesel locomotive. Based on the results of this bachelor's thesis, the following tasks were performed: - the criteria for the safety of locomotive movement in the curve are analyzed; - measures to reduce the level of lateral forces in the curve are described; 9 - a calculating scheme of the bogie was selected and the influence of the curve radius and the outer rail elevation on the dynamic qualities of the M62 diesel locomotive was studied; - for the considered range of changes in track parameters, the permissible value of the speed of the M62 locomotive in the curve was determined.
